No lift - quite a challenge for pensioners going to a 3rd floor room. Bathroom cramped - would not work for big people. Rooms need some maintenance - recommend that staff stay in them sometimes and take notes! WiFi works, but requires new login far too often. Lobby is frequently deserted.

Quiet location, and the hotel agreed to move us to a lower floor. Staff are charming. Clean.

The stairs were exhausting and aircondioner dripped . A very small bathroom.

The location was great close to shops and public transport and very pretty. The staff were very helpful.

You are stuck with paid parking around the hotel, the area around the hotel is exclusively one-way streets which will see you roaming the town while praying a spot becomes available. the bathroom was comically small, the entire room fits a twin bed, but it means there's no space to open doors etc. the view from the room (at the back of the hotel) was another set of apartments which meant watching french people in various state of undress.

The hotel looks and feels like a classical hotel, with a nice chandelier hanging in the entrée. It has a hotel bar and generally looks like it belongs in Monaco. I only booked a small double room and the emphasis should be on small. the shower/bathroom was a one-person shimmying affair.

Amazing service, stunning room with sea view that we didn’t even expect: so pleasant surprise. Clean rooms and very pleasant soft beds. So romantic: recommend to any couples for a retreat.

Shower room could do with a refresh in fixtures and fittings. The terrace was a mess, not at all like the photos, disappointing as the photos are misleading.

Shabby chic French style, great location, away from the hussle and bussle of Monaco but close enough when you want it. Amazing coastal walks, that bring you right into Monaco. Friendly staff always willing to assist and advise.

Really all good. Shower water took a while to get warm. A light breakfast at €12 each a bit expensive.

This is a lovely old well appointed villa style boutique hotel. We had a nice double room quiet at this time of year with friendly helpful staff. convenient to beach and railway. restaurant also nearby.

Great location, boutique like hotel. A 10 minute walk to Mala beach. stunning views that has a walking path. One of the best restaurants, gorgeous views 15 min Made a special trip to back. Right next to a beach club.

Too small bathroom. In the room we had things that if you touch it, it could literally fall or break down. We can’t forget that it is near Monaco so that makes the price but for me it isn’t a 3 star Hotel. And the worst of it all was that we had no Climate during one entire night… We arrived late so the reception was already closed (no problem!) an so the climate didn’t started like normal so we tried to make it work during 1-2 hours but nothing… and I ended with calling the help number (24/24) but nothing couldn’t be done because it was too late. FYI our stay was during very hot days in August so during night we had 28-30 degrees…

The proprety itself was good an good located. Even the breakfast was served very well in fact but a lot of small things made me choose and decide this rating.
