Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFound quite a few examples of areas missed during cleaning and we had to do a lot of swapping about utensils with our friends next door (we had 2 chopping boards, 2 cheese graters, they had none. They had 2 trivets and 2 grill stands, we had none etc)

IrelandNoise from corridor outside apartment, swimming pool was genuinely cold and extremely crowded, hot tub is only slightly warmer, a bit disappointing after queuing for 30 mins to use it….sauna and steam room were the same and had a queue of people waiting to use, people would stand up in side like in a lift, not very relaxing. We asked the receptionist some questions when checking in and her answer to two of the questions was that “I’ve no idea “. The ski shop which is based in the same building but not affiliated with the residence according to receptionist wouldn’t let us collect our boots the Saturday night. This was frustrating as we arrived before closing time because they had been very busy, even though we had preordered everything. Luckily we did manage to get second place in the queue the next morning but going down extra early but they only open the door at 8.45 so lots of people were going to end up late for ski school that were after us. Service was great in the shop and we were happy with our skis and boots and staff were very nice individually the following morning.
Excellent location on slopes directly, boot room good, ski shop onsite, nice receptionist when I went back later the first night to get an extra duvet.

United KingdomThe kitchen could have been better equipped with food prep items such as chopping board/decent knives/wooden spoons etc..no oven just microwave, but 4 ring hob for stove tops meals. Crockery plentiful though and has a filter coffee machine and espresso machine and dishwasher. We were on the 5th floor, it would have been useful to have been told which lift to use to access it , but we worked it out! The apartment was tired looking in places and could have benefited from a deep clean. Communication was difficult with the company from the UK (most of the questions I asked went unanswered), but they were quick to respond to us once in resort re any isssues.
A good sized 2 bed apartment with large sofa bed. Spacious enough for 5 people. Comfortable beds and good showers with constant hot water. Nice balcony. Large dining table. Great location for the pistes. Nice to have the spa facilities on site. Ski locker room well located on the ground floor with a locker for each apartment. Ski hire shop (Precision ski) next door. Small spa on site for bread etc.. Parking available under the apartment block (extra cost). We were able to check in on line the week before our stay. Our apartment number was then sent to us via text so we didn’t have to go to reception on arrival which was great.

IrelandUnfortunately our building was not ski in ski out, as described when booking (Souverains). Also only one pillow per person, adding an extra pillow here would improve the comfort.
Very warm, comfortable apartment , ski lockers were very good. The self catering kitchen is very well equipped. The apartments seem newly renovated and in great condition. The pool and sauna was a great addition!
