A smaller pillow would make sleeping more comfortable. Wifi must be improved significantly, as you can't compensate for it with the cell due to thick building walls.

The location is perfect. The Louvre is around the corner, and the metro is close by. The lobby and rooms are clean, and the staff is uber-friendly.

Unfortunately the room door does not insulate particularly well and it can happen to be woken up if some other guest returns late in the night. Some small improvements could be: - add 1-2 hooks for bathrobes in the bathroom (so you don't have to leave them lying around) - keep food such as eggs, bacon and sausages a bit more warmer

Although we only ate once the buffet was a good value but we wanted to visit quick places for breakfast.

Perfect. From the arrival where the front desk grabbed my luggage and escorted me inside. There is nothing they won't do for you. I needed help with a laptop and they were very accommodating. My ice packs for my sore knee they kept cold so I could heal at night. Restaurant recommendations always given with a smile. Clean pretty furnishings and in the best location. 15 min from most sights. Montmarte and eiffel tower both about 2 miles away. All others so close by. Two boulangeries. Yannick and eric kaiser one block three blocks away and tulierres garden almost across the street. Place Vendome meurice hotel the ritz Angelina's laduree. I could go on

Love, love loved this hotel! I loved that it was right next-door to a flower shop and I could smell all the fresh flowers when I walked out. It was within walking distance to the Louvre and Jardin Des Tuileries. I was traveling with my 6 year old son and the staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was amazing and we just loved the room and bathroom with the tub. We had the best nights sleep! So charming with great style, I already want to come back to Paris and I will definitely stay here again!

This beautiful cosy hotel is located in the middle of most interesting streets, shops and historical monuments. Friendly staff took great care of us, the rooms are smaller but functional and well furnished. The included breakfast is served in the main lobby - good food in a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is located in a very nice street and very close to the metro station. Shops and bistrots are at a walking distance and the area is very safe to walk even late night. The hotel is perfectly clean, the staff is lovely and the morning breakfast delicious.

The hotel is trendy, well decorated, very comfortable. The location is amazing. It is easy to enjoy Paris. We went to the Christmas markets and the restaurants nearby. Only 4 blocks away are all the luxury stores. The staff is friendly. The room is big for Paris standards. I totally recommend this hotel.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Not only is the location fantastic but the hotel is very clean and well designed. We were made very welcome by all of staff and they really do look after you. It rained during our stay and as we were leaving we were offered an umbrella to use for the day. It has a very relaxed feel to it which we liked, you can help yourself to the teas and coffees at your leisure. The only thing we would say was the drinks choices were a bit limited in the bar bit, we were celebrating so would have liked a champagne but it was all spirits. Apart from that we cannot fault it one bit.
