Complaining about the room seize is not an option, because we knew about how small it was going to be! What we really enjoyed was the location! Very cool area, no too touristic but still lively and close to a main metro-line. The beds were quite comfy and everything was clean. Also the bath was nice, it has some mini ambience light bulbs in the walls, this looked very beautiful. Even if the colourful facilities are not everyones taste, you can spot that there is a concept behind it, which makes it kind of fancy. We were very happy about having chosen this hotel!

Very, very small rooms, if you are travelling with luggage you will not be able to put it somewhere. Breakfast was nice, not wide choice of products and no vegetables.

Good location, nice design of the hotel rooms, friendly ans helpful stuff, near the hotel there is s lot bars, small stores, boulangeries. Comfy beds

The walls are kinda thin so you can hear noises from other rooms but nothing dramatic.

The location, there are many cool places to have lunch or dinner for a fair price. Really close to Bastille and Nation and really easy to get there by public transport or taxi from the ORY airport.

the hotel is very nice, the room was cosy and rather small - as it is a standard in Paris but the bed was super comfortable! Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay for 3 nights!

Would appreciate if there was a kettle in the room as I travelled in winter. It was quite expensive in December, but I guess depends on the demand.

Nice hotel, cozy, quite. Rooms have a quite particular design, for 1 night it was ok.

The room is quite small for the price but this is expected from Paris - I suggest travellers to REALLY use the shelf/closet. There is also a sewer smell from the toilet, but there is not much the hotel can do much (maybe some freshener?)

The hotel is excellently located. There are so many great restaurants, bars and eateries around (a good distance away from the 100% touristic and expensive places). Also, it is well connected to many sites in Paris. The staffs are really friendly and polite and we enjoyed our interactions with them. Daily routine room cleaning is also done promptly and well.

Elevator was slow and sometimes not useable due to the housekeeping using it

Toilet needs better extractor fan.

Good use of compact space in room. Comfortable bed and room temperature. Nice free toiletries. Good variety of breakfast food. Excellent location near Bastille, with plenty of restaurants and transport connections.

Room size might not be enough to some guests. If what you want to do is just sleep it’s just fine.

Clean room and great location to move around paris. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the area. Staff were helpful and solved all our doubts, giving us recommendations and tips.

The window in the room didn't let any daylight in as it was between other buildings. The shower was not adjusted for people over 180 cm height.

Very clean hotel with kind people working in it. The hotel has its own distinct style and the room was really pretty. The location was very good - close to the center and several metro stations.

Could have had a few more hangers in the closet and soap in the bathroom, but that was easily arranged.

Super nice and animated area with plenty of nice wine bars and restaurants nearby. Metro 5 min away. The decor style is fun, bed was very comfortable. Really small room (as in description) but clean and calm (facing the courtyard), I slept like a baby! Check-in was nice and smooth, and staff was helpful. We did not try the breakfast so can't say anything about that. Really good value for money, and and lovely place to stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Exquis. It is in a great location. Not very central, but we knew that before booking this hotel. With metro or bus you can go anywhere in like 20-30 minutes. You can reach disneyland in an hour by metro also.There are lots of shops and restaurants around which are open until late which is good (the area is not dodgy at all which is a plus for tourists) and the metro station is also very close, maybe about 10 minutes walk or so. The hotel rooms are very tiny but it did not bother us as you only need the room for sleeping, you are out the whole day exploring. The internet was good, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly even thougj she did not speak very good english. We will stay here again when visiting Paris. Thank you.

Would have been great to have a kettle in the room so I didn’t have to get dressed and go to get a coffee from downstairs and enjoy it in bed! But the tea and coffee were freely available so it is not a complaint!

The hotel had very bright coloured artistic decor. The room was small but was perfect for a solo traveller and very clean. Loved the shower with its twinkle lights! It was in a great location, close to the metro and some very good restaurants and cafes nearby. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, I suppose it was good as I saw quite a lot of the guests having it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very reasonably priced for the location.
