Easy access, well equipped apartments, easy parking

The hotel has seminars for various large groups that overtake the restaurant and other areas. Breakfast was adequate. Staff is polite but not very informative.

The hotel is close to the ferries for the Bay of Morbihan. The Ile-d’Arz was a highlight of our time. The room was recently remodeled with beautiful bathroom and room decor. Parking is ample. The hotel is close to Vannes Center but not really within walking distance.

They appeared to be short staff, one person running everything. Poor lady couldn’t even have a proper dinner break constantly interrupted with numerous requests. Hence the service was just functional and not overly warm. English skills should be better so non French speakers need to be self sufficient on ferry schedules and other events around town There was a fireworks evening event on the water and it was too bad we weren’t informed by the front desk , it would have been good to know so we can walk down to watch it The hotel location is close to the ferry to catch the early morning ferry but it’s also along the main road so it’s functional and prices quite high for the set up.

The advertised room had a picture of kitchenette so we had bought groceries to make food however upon check in the room did not have a kitchenette. The front desk lady fortunately accommodated us with a room with kitchenette. 7-10 mins walk to the ferry

There was no shower curtain and the room opens up onto the hotel entrance, despite the fact that it only has flimsy curtains. The hotel is located far away from Vannes itself

The room was very large, as was the bathroom. There was free parking on site.

Very good location for the main routes through Vannes, and a pleasant if somewhat long walk to the old city along the canal. We have used this hotel several times now; its restaurant is excellent too

The room was fine. Good shower. The WiFi was not working in the room but it was elsewhere. The room felt a little tired. There was a contrast between the room (all right) and the restaurant and outdoor area (excellent).

The hotel has an excellent restaurant, visited by locals. French with fish in style. It has a very pleasant outdoor seating area with a wine bar. There is a very picturesque 1 mile walk between the hotel and Old Vannes along the inland harbour.

It was very disappointing. They put us in a different room than the one we reserved. It should have been a modern room (see photos) of 24m2 and was a 16m2 room in an old, decadent section of the hotel, very worn out. It's ok to spend a night (if it were half the price just like other budget hotels) but not to enjoy and rest. When I asked at reception they told me that there was a modernized section like in the photos but it was already occupied and there was nothing to do. Normally I don't give negative reviews but this time we felt cheated. We were cheated. This rarely happens.

Very friendly staff. Fabulous food. Lovely walk in shower. Complimentary water, tea coffee, biscuits and sweets. Very clean. Nice walk into Vannes. Excellent value for money. Recommend.

We had a superior room which was spacious, stylish and very comfortable. It had a large shower and a terrace where you could comfortably sit in good weather. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located near the port area and not far from the quay. It was a convenient location to visit the interesting city of Vannes.

Noisy, no AC or fan in the room, old equipements (light not working), colora of the room are very old and not up to date anymore.
