Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The breakfast was good. However, some items were cold e.g. the eggs. Suggest also to keep warm milk for the cereal. The view from the room was very beautiful. The room was warm and cozy.

United StatesAC isnt a common convenience in Europe. However, I expected a fan during summer which was not available. Had to keep door to shared patio open all night;also allow cigarette smoke to waft in.
Location was indeed a huge plus factor. Walking to the right will take you to the main road where a number of restaurants and shops are located and along the way can see the houses linked to Bernadette. Taking a left turn will lead to the bridge to the Sanctuaire.

AustraliaThe room is so small two persons cannot move. The shower is so small you cannot close the door when inside the shower. When leaving the room you have to bang the door shut to enable the door to lock, this is how all the doors are locked, each time a guest locks a door you are woken with a shudder. Hotels of such low quality should not be allowed to be in business. Bookings.com should go and have a look at thees places. We stayed 3 nights there was only half a toilet paper roll no more.

Very motorcycle friendly. Garage to lock up bike and do maintenance; they even let me borrow a hammer. Room did everything it was supposed to do. Location very central and easy to find. Staff - really helpful and friendly. Will not go anywhere else when I visit again.
