The location is great in the center of Opera; the room was simple and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. Perhaps a side table for the coffee maker, as the power cord was very short and we boiled the kettle on the floor. Other than that, no issues.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. Nicolas at the front desk was so helpful, the room was small but airy and bright, with a lovely bathroom and shower. The mattress was very comfortable.

They don’t provide breakfast, although recommend where to go to have one. But in case you have early flight, think of that. But there’re coffee machines and electric teapots in rooms.

The room (classic room with shower) had all the necessary amenities, however it was very small. There is no real wardrobe (only a very very small closet). Also the international news stations like BBC World and CNN international were not available ’no signal’. There is a tiny elevator, if you are claustrophobic this hotel is definitely not for you.

Location, near the mayor sightseeing spots, shopping area and there is a Monop’daily just around the corner! Very friendly staff especially Ms Sonia who welcomed us and sent me a whatsapp message telling me that the room was ready. They even set the luggage in the room! Now that is service👍👍👍!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They gave small gifts like wine & chocolate since it is new years eve. They made our room ready before our arrival even it was before the standard check in time.

Very tiny hallway to enter the elevator, and there was a light in my room which I could not switch off in the night ? I removed the bulb in the end…

Very central location in a quiet street, with a vegan restaurant next door to have a nice meal. Very convenient for me as a vegan.

A security deposit was taken from my account a few days before i arrived which i received no notification of I was told i would get back the day i leave , on the day i left i was told it will be cancelled that evening and it will be a few days I contacted the property the next day that i got home and have been told it will be in my account in a few days 2 days later it is not showing in my account - I found this very disappointing :(((

The staff is very nice. The room is clean. Affordable price. Not really close to the landmark but I can walk to the Louvre (1,5km) and the Eiffel tower. It's good that I can put my luggage in the hotel when I have checked out because I wanna walk around Paris and take my luggage after that (at night). The staff let me pray (because I'm moslem) when I came back to take my luggage. Thank you so much.

The fact that when checking out I asked the receptionist to pay for an Evian bottle that I was having in my hand and he said it’s on the house. Than my room and the others room I travelled with was debted each the price of one bottle. At reservation I asked for quiet rooms and I received rooms at 1st floor, mine near the elevator. I couldn’t sleep after 8 o clock no matter how tired I was. Also I selected twin beds for my room and I received double( I paid more to be able to ask for that)- I do that whenever I’m not sure about the mattresses quality. I think management is the problem, otherwise it might turn all right.

It’s August so it fairly warm AND aircon not working in the entire hotel! No one told me this was the case, if I knew I would've found another hotel. I was also not told at the time of booking that the hotel is being renovated, this is annoying.

We’ve stayed here before few years back. The location is superb so it’s an easy choice if we want to be close to the opera etc. fairly good value for money.

I wish the room had slippers, and more ways to hang stuff in the bathroom.

Outstanding location, very nice day time staff, classy room design, comfy bed (love the pillows!). Also, the fruit juices in the lobby were delicious.
