I had to pay a pre-authorization amount 12 days before my stay that it was not specified or written in booking.com. In the reservation with booking.com I choose a free cancellation till 48 hours prior to the arrival and the pre-authorization charge was taken almost two weeks before the date of arrival. That cause me a bit of waste of energy and time to fix it and understand the charge. There were also some mistakes related to my credit cards, as I reserved two rooms with different cards and via different ways and it was all charged in one of the cards. At the end all was solved, however this information needs to written so one knows and is prepared for the cost in advance and staff must be careful with the details at the time of booking so as to charge in the right place. The rooms are noisy. One can listen to the elevator, doors from neighbors, even the on-off switch as well as the street if your room is facing that side. we were a bit unlucky with the guests staying above our room as they were noisy, still let´s say that the place is not soundproof.

Beds ultra comfy, the linens very soft, good pillows and mattresses. I usually stay in the area when going to Paris so I only can say that I love the location, but it was my first time at Henriette and most likely that I will be back. The staff is very kind. One of the men in the night shift was especially helpful when we needed some cutlery, so kind, and warm, he just had the vibe that pulls one to want to stay there hanging out for a good chat! The person taking care of the breakfast was so caring. Very good team in general. Exquisite decoration and care of the plants they have there, I loved every single one of them and the place is full of good details. Good vibe.

The facilities in the room were very limited and I don't think the room itself was very boutiquey. It was all very basic with nothing to make it feel very 'special'. The bed was quite hard and the towels were a bit scratchy.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very close to the Metro station which I used a lot. The lobby area of the hotel was really beautiful and boutiquey and creative. The room was very clean, the shower was nice and the hand wash and shower gel were really nice and high quality. The air con was a great addition and the huge windows and window box were really lovely.

This is a great little hotel in a nice area, the decor is amazing and you truly feel welcome. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, they have a list of suggested restaurants for dinner and we decided to try one out on the one evening we had no plans, and we were definitely not disappointed! Location wise the hotel is easily accessible by the metro and bus, but there are no parking spots for people with cars. We had some early mornings and only managed to get breakfast at the hotel on Saturday, and it was a very good continental spread with mini croissants, bread, cheese and jam. The croissants are baked in the same area where you eat, so they are really fresh and delicious.

It was my second time here. It's an amazing curated design hotel with handpicked vintage decoration. Our room was a bit small but very affordable for Paris. Breakfast is very good as well.

I have lived in Paris around this neighborhood for many years, therefore when it came to visit Paris, this lovely hotel in this very safe neighborhood is my first choice. Latin quarter and plant garden (Jardin des Plantes) is within walking distance, and the walk is a pleasure. A metro station of line 7, which takes you to the Louvre and Opera is a minute walk from the hotel. Staff welcomed me with a warm smile ( not that common as for Parisians) and had been very helpful.
