Our room was directly below reception, making it noisy late evening and early morning. The breakfast was okay, but it would have been nice to have the option to have an omelette for eg, rather than creamy scrambled egg each day.

I loved the location, the ski in ski out, the bar area and the beds were comfy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Would have liked a piste side room but we booked late and got the last two rooms in the hotel so we didn’t have a view. Beds were on the firm side, but overall the room was fine

Some of our group’s rooms were on the third floor just below reception and were poorly sound proofed. So woken up early morning when staff were arriving and walking about.

Our room was disappointing - very small and with a small window and so it was dark. It felt claustrophobic. It was also below reception which meant we could hear footsteps and bags being dragged at all hours.

Rooms were poor, very small and bathroom was terrible. Supposed to be a Superior Room ! We were in room 510 and it was awful. Lifts were very slow, and inadequate. Always waiting for ages. Not enough space in the boot room to sit down and put your boots on. Had to stand up everytime.

The family room was a bit small for a family of 4 with 10 and 14yo.

Great hotel on the slopes. Amazing ski in/ out particularly for ski school. Breakfast was great and lovely staff. My kids had fun playing in the games room. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

The dinner could have been better. They work with two shifts (and we were in the second shift) but when entering at 20.30, the dining room looks like a bomb exploded ... tables were not cleaned and parts of the buffet were empty. The chef who is making one special dish in the dining room stops at 21.00 so if you come for the second shift, you better hurry

The hotel is located on the slopes, you cannot find a better location. It has a great terras where you can enjoy the sunset after a nice ski day. The bar is very nice with all kind of drinks

The dinner buffet was really disappointing, the food was mostly cold and there wasn’t a huge selection. The spa facilities could have been better, no jacuzzi. The rooms are also very small but were otherwise comfy and good bathroom except that the shower was very small and my husband who is 5ft 11 couldn’t fit underneath it and I could just about fit underneath it at 5ft 4.

The breakfast buffet was great and the location brilliant. Ski in and ski out and a great ski shop located right next door to the hotel.

The only issue we had was that there was a lot of ice around and no attempt to scrape it off. Outdoor steps, the balcony areas etc were all very slippery. the footpaths in the resort were the same.

staff were very friendly. concierge took our bags up to room while we were skiing, and helped load car up after. décor was nice. room wasn't large but well designed - shower cubicle will not suitable for larger folk. breakfast was good, with everything you'd expect. Sauna was huge and allowed kids in, which was nice for families, with a nice view of the slopes. Location is probably the best of any hotel in VT!

The room was very tight for a family of 4 and sadly the food was average throughout the week It appeared to be the mostly the same every day with the odd change. .

The location was amazing. The hotel had a lovely bar and room for the kids to play ping pong, pool and other games which was great .The staff were absolutely lovely throughout our stay.

The ski storage room needs ventilation to refresh the air, especially early morning.

The room size was relatively good, the location is on the slope, and breakfast was another plus. The staff were helpful and amazing! The sauna was very clean and very warm for its size. The massage therapist was professional and helpful for muscle recovery
