The location is ideal as the hotel is situated at the border of the historical town. In front of the hotel you can leave your car behind in a car park (€). Staff, rooms, breakfast met our expectations.

The shower was tiny and leaking due to how it's built. Breakfast could have bigger selection of cheese and some vegetables and fruits wouldn't go amiss. I had kettle in my room, but the tea / coffee was never resupplied.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from trams, and quite close to city centre. The room was smallish but clean, with a bed that was between double and single in size and very comfortable. There are standard electrical sockets as well as USB ones. Breakfast area was spacious enough and the possibility of leaving the luggage after checking out comes in handy.

this year there was a remarkable price increase compared to the same time frame of last year. otherwise I think that personel cordiality is always very good.

the Hotel it´s basically in the city center and very well connected with public transportation, in case of need. Breakfast is good as well the rooms layout

The double bed is in fact two single beds pushed together with separate covers. I would have preferred a double cover and double sheet. But this was not a big issue. Overall everything was nice. And once again, I commend the staff. Very kind and helpful.

The property advertises it has a bar Well it doesn’t It also states in the literature in the room that it offers soft drinks Which it doesn’t I asked for water on Saturday No water but today they had water Also i was put in a room right near the lift which was extremely noisy

Extremely inflated prices during December - $193 a night for a micro room with one twin bed, old lumpy pillows, no fridge, no safe. Could hear people’s kids, TVs, and other activities easily through the walls. My stay was okay but not worth this price.

Our room is was so small and there were available better room, i think they can carry this situation, next time they will choose better. :)

Employees were very kind, i realy like them and also especially bearded guy was pretty person. and also my foot was to bad and they helped me about ice, thank you so much again. If i will go again the city, i can stay the same hotel.
