Room 103 had an exposed carpet tack strip that I stepped on. The lady at the front desk did say she'd have maintenance fix it. Other than that little problem, the room was nice.

Room setup was a bit incomplete. We had shampoo but no soap. Two of the three towels were neatly folded.

I didn't like the person that checked me in that night. She was not pleasant, didn't smile once, didn't explain when asked questions. A different person checked me out the next morning and she was GREAT! I dislike the $50 deposit & the form which said I agree to a $150 cleaning fee and required my signature. It should be worded differently, very misleading.

My particular room seemed to have had someone in there before me: the trash can was full, the toilet seat was up and one of the beds was a little disheveled with the clock turned towards it as if someone had to get up at a certain time. Everything else looked untouched. Since I was staying only one night, I just slept in the other bed.

The staff were fabulous and the location was perfect. The price of the room was great too.

The cleaning staff was very rude. It was like I was asking them of a favor to clean the room so I could go in

The morning receptionist at the desk was very rude We had been told we could have a late check out Because we are Wyndham platinum and she told us we could not Without getting charged after we had made plans for dinner Breakfast was good, except there was no gravy and biscuits, and the eggs were atrocious

The lighting in the room was subpar. It was dark and dismal.

The accommodations were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Not much except for the bathroom was not the cleanest. There was a hole in the carpet in the room also.

We do love the facility however our room was not the cleanest. The complimentary shampoo bottles were only half full. The bathroom sink was still dirty and had water spots all over the faucet.

What we really did not like was the pillows. There were three pillows on each bed and they were as small as throw pillows on a couch and were rock hard. Of course this was the first time we forgot to bring our own pillows from home.

Issue with check-in, booking was confirmed but when we arrived was told we wouldn't be able to check-in bc there was a problem with my virtual card?!? Quite the issue, unable to address issue via chat thru the actual app...said request would take up to 24hrs!! Long wait for customer service rep to address issue...however, once I got them on the phone, issue was easily resolved and gentleman was not only helpful but very apologetic!! He even stayed on the line to contact facility and assured my check- would be nothing but smooth upon my return to facility.

The beds are not comfortable & it took 4 different trys with the key cards up & down the elevator at 4am to finally get some that actually worked. I don't like that the pool locks you in there & gotta call to get out.

Breakfasts were great & open not crowded.

Everything was great other than a bit of disrepair in a few places and a subpar breakfast, mainly the eggs were powdery.
