The only little complaint I have is not the hotel itself. The location can be a little loud, but this is something that is expected off a very busy and well known street as the Champs Ellyse. This would not deter me from staying here again.

Hotel itself is beautiful. Staff inviting and friendly. Also very helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was excellent food is delicious as well having such great variety for all palates. Property is very clean and well kept. House keeping is very thorough and always cleaned the room and made beds and left fresh towels every single time. Also the little welcoming gift was the best! We ordered room service that was very prompt and delicious. It was as good if not better than what we could have gotten at a well rated restaurant. Next door there is a little convenience store, three doors the other way is a little market with fresh fruit. A very delicious day time bakery with a wide aray of sandwiches, salads, drinks, pastries is just five doors down. I loved this hotel and have no complaints. Would highly recommend.

The lift is very small but it kind of adds to the uniqueness of some of these Paris hotels.

Excellent hotel on every level. Wonderful room with whirlpool, spacious, exceptionally clean. Breakfast was excellent, spa was wonderful, location was great.

Breakfast price is quite high for the selection the hotel offers. The scrambled eggs, for instance, looked and tasted like they were made out of a mixture instead of fresh eggs. Which is a shame.

Absolutely fabulous boutique hotel! Haven't experienced this kind of warm welcome and caring during my stay in other hotels before. Location is perfect for discovering the "must see" sights, museums and doing some shopping - all in walking distance. I do recommend 110%!

To be honest, there was nothing we didn’t like. The property surprised all of our expectations.

I talked about this with my fiancé when we got back home. The visit at Hôtel Elysia by Inwood Hotles was by far the best hotel experience we’ve had ever. The service, all the staff, the location, the property itself, the breakfast, the room and everything in between was absolutely wonderful. We are grateful we chose to stay here for a very special occasion and the hotel did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I will truly recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Paris.

First of all, the hotel’s staff is very professional. They allow me for early check-in and the room was perfect and the size is very good comparing to other hotels. I extended my staying and they upgraded my room to suite and it was outstanding. The whole team is great and supportive and they respond very quickly to your requests. The location of the hotel is 4 min away of Av. des Champs-Élysées and a lot of restaurants and shops are near to it. My 3 months old daughter had a medical emergency during our stay and the hotel responded very quickly and bring a doctor to my room to check my daughter and they were very kind and supportive during our stay. Thank you again to Srour and the whole staff for everything and we will visit the hotel again.

The bathroom door knob jammed and I couldn’t open the door for 5 minutes. And no phone was inside the bathroom to call for help.
