Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

QatarLighting. It was darker than we expected, but I understand that this was due to the fact that it was a cave.
Everything. The owner and his family were very welcoming. They assisted with just about anything we requested and provided information that helped to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was good and plenty. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned(swept) daily. Bedroom linen and towels were changed daily.

First of all, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the cave room it’s a experience that you definitely should have, and here was exceptional. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and kind, always available to help with our needs. The room was cleaned everyday and decoration was a 10/10, the breakfast was super rich and delicious. Thanks Uluç and all the staff that took care of us during our stay!

CanadaStaff were kind and attentive to every request. Amethyst room was an exquisite cave with a perfect layout. Fireplace and Hammam platform was a definite bonus. Breakfast was superb and authentic. Terrace view was breathtaking. We felt very welcomed and cared for.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaBe aware it is in the rock, so rooms are by definition very humid. And they shed debris all the time. Also it is vast area so you would need a car and a driver if you really want to explore freely. In general Cappadocia is remarkable and this is probably one of the best place to stay around Nevshehir area, but even with ever expanding high quality infrastructure it gets a bit overpriced. That is why for to town Urgup and get your coffee in Mackbear or wonderful food in Antep Sofrasi right next door for half a price you would pay in the hills.
It is best value for money around this part of Cappadocia. Nicely located, luxury appointed rooms that are actually built in the rock in the 350 year old villa that is absolutely gorgeous. Terrace and the view, the sheer tranquillity of the place is amazing. Staff and owner are extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was very nice, try omelet with mushrooms. Also the hotel can book your for balloon ride or any other attraction you could desire.
