Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IrelandNo Air Conditioning!! Room was hot / uncomfortable to sleep in @ night - no air! Kept shutters closed to avoid sunlight creeping in. Also; no ‘do not disturb’ / ‘clean my room’ door hangers / signs so had house keeping knocking on our door early each morning - so annoying especially when you want a lie in being away on holidays & away from the kids!!! Bath towels are very small & literally only had two for us as a couple and toilet paper very sparse too & not replenished daily. Shower gel / conditioners bottles tiny for two people showering multiple times daily due to heat & no hand soap provided - had to ask for it. We had a Double Superior but room was quite tight : hard to move around - not much space - had to double check website as pictures / details gave impression of it being much bigger (know others did the same!) Pictures on website made hotel seem a whole lot bigger & was surprised at how compact / little space there was @ reception & breakfast room.
Great location - quiet - lovely pool & courtyard - spotlessly clean - helpful staff - good value for money.

The welcome by the receptionist Alexandre was excellent. Everything explained and garage facilities shown. This spoken to us by him in very good english. Breakfast was efficient. Rooms cleaned on regular basis. Dinner was provided with a good selection.

FranceWould have been lovely to have coffee making facilities in the room, and I just found the bathroom rather bare and uninviting.
The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, beautifully clean, warm and great interior decor choices. Delicious breakfast, love the background music and really relaxing atmosphere.
