Poor wifi on bedroom

Noise from the outside (tramway) is rude. It was hardly possible to sleep in the early morning. Very small elevator. No gym, sauna or comparable services available or offered. Given this background the rate is quite high because parking and even breakfast were not included.

Good location close to the very center, big television, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Wifi was poor. Because of the season, paid 570 euro for two nights, it was quite pricey.

Hotel staff was helpful, location is good, there is tram in front of the hotel.

The hotel is on a main street with quite much traffic (cars and tram) which makes the room a bit noisier than optimal.

The hotel staff was very polite. The location is good, 2 minutes walk from Austerlitz square with plenty of restaurants & bars and from the Austerlitz parking house. Large screen TV in the room comfy bed.

Room had 2 steps down in small dark hallway. That is dangerous at night and can be fixed easily. old Airco did not work (time of year was what the manager told us…).

The air conditioning didn’t really work and the Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was good if you’re arriving by car as it’s close to the center but still accessible. And there is on site parking.

Nothing negative to say

The hotel has private parking available on site which is one of the reasons we chose to stay here, take care to book parking ahead. The staff are very friendly and helpful and although we stayed just one night en-route it was comfortable, had a good breakfast and is within easy walking distance of the old town and centre.

The facade is a bit anonymous and the lobby quite small. some features to be updated as example walls and doors decor. elevator outdated and slow.

Nice location walking distance from the city historic center Our room was reasonably spacious, very clean and well furnished Super quiet and with comfortable bed. The breakfast was good, with nice selection of salty and sweet options and a few local specials. the price was surely reasonable and good value for money.

The garage was a little dangerous to enter but it was just okay with my small car.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel, it is far enough out of Strasbourg to be nice and quiet but a very easy 10 minute walk into the beautiful river and old town which is well worth a visit with quaint architecture and lovely restaurants. There is parking under the building but you do have to pay for it. If you do use the garage please make sure you use the lift..... it's the tiniest one you've ever seen :) Breakfast is good and all of the staff we dealt with are lovely!

The elevator was rather small but it was ok for 2 people and 2 suitcases.

It is located very close to Little France so it was ideal for walks around the city. Our room was very quiet and clean. The bathroom was very big and there were a bathtub.
