I would have enjoyed the hotel restaurant more if it were a la carte.

The location was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was amazing. The indoor/outdoor pool was an exceptional experience.

Here is the thing, once they give you a table for breakfast of dinner. You will be stuck with this table forever!!! Dinner, lunch or breakfast and you CANNOT change it. The lady at reception said this is a rule and our customers liked it. I’m a customer and really I hate to eat day and night with the same table especially if your table it located in the worst location. What a strange rule!

It is nice hotel! The view is breathtaking! Breakfast is really good and they offer variety of food. I like mountains so location is great for me. They offer free bus tickets to go to town center.

There is nothing to say, just a minor thing with the window in the bathroom but this wasn’t any issue.

The location, the way they have renovated and expanded the facilities. You just feel at home. The staff is very friendly and the best thing is definitely the view.

The room was a big disappointment, felt old tight and there is no AC or ventilator. The view of our room was not good. The first night was very difficult to sleep because it was extremely warm and even the window was open the air was not circulating. A standing ventilator could be helpful. The pillows were not comfortable. I think our room was facing some “kitchen ventilation window”, or I don’t know what happened but one day our room smelled like fish almost all day long and I’m pregnant, not the best combo.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel location is beautiful. The food was incredibly good, we loved the service and the atmosphere at the restaurant. Pretty good for families and relaxing. The pool gets pretty crowded in the afternoon.

The breakfast was THE BEST breakfast I have ever had. Innumerable options of fresh organic foods and the quality was outstanding. Loved the free bikes too!

There’s no air conditioning (even though it’s stated in the hotel listing, and in the manual in the room). Most days it didn’t matter as the weather was good. But some nights were really hot (mid August) and when we tried to open the window many flies and insects came in.

The Chalet has an amazing view. The room is spacious and the amenities were great. The food is varied and good, and the hotel hosts cocktail nights each week. The staff was very helpful and patient, the pool is wonderful. Overall great stay

They don't give you any option for the dining table. Mine was in a dark room next to people with loud kids. I asked them to change my table and they said that is not possible! So I was stuck in the same place for 5 days. For a 4-start place, that is an odd approach. They should give people at least two options to choose from. One of the ladies on the front desk had attitude issues and that was off-putting. Again, not something you expect from a 4-star place.

The E-bike tours that were included. The location. The saunas and outside swimming pools and jacuzzies. The diversities of the breakfast and dinner menus.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We have been to many places and Albion is at the top of the list. We were two adult and two children (5–7) and stayed in the luxury chalets(absolutely amazing). The hotel offers free parking and free mbt rent. The outdoor pool is heated. there is a a relaxing sauna, steam bath area from ages 14 and up. The food was superb (we definitely recommend half board-all the money worth). The breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for and more. The staff in the dining area were so professional and kind. Our Nello definitely spoiled our children and us with his sublime experience in wine and food. The hotel also offered kind of free babysitting in their giant playroom. Our children begged us every evening to come down to the playroom where Norma was. The made crafts with her and played games and the loved it although they don’t speak either English, Italian nor German. Just a wonderful stay and will be coming back.

Fantastic place with great staff, breakfast was great. Pool was amazing. The hotel was really family friendly (we travelled with a 1.5 year old), we`d love to go back!

Couldn't recommend this hotel more; the location, service, facilities, views, staff and food were all exceptional. It completely exceed my expectations and I would highly recommend Hotel Albion. The staff in particular were warm, friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. The location was perfect and the food (and its value for money) was beyond brilliant. The pictures don't do the hotel or views justice either! It's all breathtaking! Wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks so much for making our trip so good. Sophie, Guy & Tom x

Huge and varied spread of breakfast and evening meal . The quality is high with all diets and needs catered for . The facilities are fantastic - numerous activities : Indoor to outdoor pool . Sauna , sun bed , quiet areas , games rooms . There is a substantial ski room to leave your equipment in a private locker . If ordered in advance , the skis and boots are waiting for you when you arrive at the hotel . There is a frequent shuttle service to the slopes as they are a few miles away but doesn t detract from the overall experience

Seating in the room. None of the chairs/ coaches were comfortable for long seating. And I don't want to relocate to the lounge area every time. The rooms were large enough

The restaurant. We looked for accomodation central to the hot spots we wanted to visit and tha Alboin resort qualified for that. Luxury accommodation, but away from nearby restaurants, so we had to opt for their kitchen. Which is a bit tricky, since one of us has dietary restrictions. Their restaurant proved to be (more than) excellent. Not only was the quality very good, but also the choice they provided. In principle they offer 3 different menus, and each has multiple options. So this offered more than sufficient choice for both of us. Even when the menu cycle repeated after one week. Extensive wine list also. And very friendly waiters. Also the biggest breakfast option selection I ever encountered. Many recreational options also. Indoor and outdoor pool, spa, sauna, bike rent.

No air conditioning, did not like assigned dining tables as there was a definite tiered system based on how long you stayed, which didn’t change even for breakfast or after other assigned couples were finished. lots of bees, not much you can do but noticeable.

View is amazing, pool spectacular, view from dining room jaw dropping, spa is very nice, staff friendly and helpful, meals delicious
