The airconditioner set to heat in may. The room was hot!

The first thing we noticed was unpleasant smell in the common area (reception, lobby, restaurant and staircase). The elevator is very small (for two persons only). There were no any vegetables for the breakfast. The toilet in the room is very small. The wardrobe closet is too small and hardly approachable, behind the sofa bed. There were no batteries in the safe so it was not of use. You need to ask for the key at reception if you want to use it.

The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. We slept very well. There was enough space for family of two adults and two kids. Hotel location is OK. The metro station Pigalle is 10 min from the hotel.

They are close to the Basilica but far from the other major attractions. Although, once we figured out buses it was not really an issue.

I liked that they were able to accommodate a last minute mistake on dates (made by me). I liked that they were very friendly.

the wifi in the hotel is not good. The cellphone signal is not good.

Our only problem was that q the connection to wifi wasn't stable. However, this is a vacation, and it forced us to unplug.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and breakfast had a good variety of food. It was also very comfortable for a family of 5.

Need little renovation would be great.

Location was good, rooms were clean and the team was very welcoming, Abdel and Khalid were always there trying to help us if there was any questions and their welcome was great.

All was good for 3 star hotel I don’t expect more than this, just some renovations would be great.

The check in was a little chaotic as they only had one person working and many people accumulating, though the employee was nice. Some small things could be improved like a leaky faucet or dark shower or towels that were wet when we entered, but these were minimal

Our rooms were beside the stairs so quite noisy when people going up & down but ear plugs worked well.

the heating system can be improved, the rooms were cold sometimes.

We had a great stay at the hotel! Mr. Khalid at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast was enjoyable, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

DONT GET TAXI FROM EUROSTAR. RECOMMEND YOU CTC THE HOTEL & ARRANGE OTHERWISE LIKE US YOU GET SCAMMED. CHARGED THREE TIMES AS MUCH.

The staff at hotel, namely Abdel, really lovely man and very helpful, so was his colleague. The hotel didnt quite match our expectation however that wasnt the hotel's mistake, its the area and the number in party. However staff fantastic and metro was close by,

No spoons for coffee and tea making in room, no instructions on how to use phone dial reception. Hair dryer didn’t work but problem was resolved
