We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Free parking behind the building and a gas station nearby. Bottled water, coffee and tea provided. Toiletries from Rituals.

FranceAlthough adequate, more wardrobe space would be useful for a long stay.
The hotel itself, whilst not in the city centre, was only a 10 minute walk along the river to the shops and the centre. Parking was behind the hotel in an enclosed yard. The rooms, although not big, were adequate for our needs. The bed was large and comfortable and our room had a view of the river Loire. The bathroom was well equipped with a large walk in shower that was superb. The internet and wifi was both fast and reliable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us with information on the city and called taxis for us. Nothing was too much trouble. For a nice city break, we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

United KingdomIt was a very hot and stuffy room. Very uncomfortable. We were told no AC until later in the year! We did manage to get hold of a fan though thank goodness. I dread to think what it would have been like otherwise trying to sleep.
Excellent location just a 15mins lovely walk along the river into the old quarter. The staff were lovely and friendly.

We stopped on this hotel to make a "route break" and it was perfect. Spacious and easy to access Parking, not far away from highway and just clean and comfy room. For the price it was simply perfect. We travel with a small baby and a nice cot was waiting for us all ready. Reception was marvellous and is always good to know they are there 24/7 in case you are running late.

United KingdomSo so close to a 9 out of 10 (I would rate it 8.5) - Slight minus with cleanliness of corridors (stains on carpet). No fridge or safe in room and uninspired decor knock it down.
Comfortable bed and nice easy free parking at the back of the hotel. Dog friendly with friendly staff too. The breakfast is very good, plentiful and is excellent value. A separate toilet in the room is unusual but welcome. Lastly a kettle is always welcome! Overall very good value for money with nice view of the River from our room.
