Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaNot many food places in walking distance. The places nearby take advantage of tourists and charge 3x the price you would normally expect to pay. I stayed because I was on my way home and I didn't have enough money to stay in KL and travel one hour to the airport. I'm a student, and by no means wealthy.

United KingdomThere’s some sort of leakage or something in the morning nearby the window that drenched my tote bag & sock but we couldn’t find the source. It was not the rain coz the window area remains dry. Luckily my main bag was not at the window area.
We booked it for gvf since it’s near to SIC. But following gvf cancellation, we wanted to stay 1 night only and they were so nice to change our 2nights stay to 1 night only. Anyway, the location is good since it’s nearby to SIC and eateries.

MalaysiaIt's just that the area have many unique people 🤌🏻 staring at you went you walk out from the hotel at night 😂 no offense had no issues with them some of them are very nice they don't bother anyone just to be clear but the place was amazing 😌
The staff was very friendly ☺️, very clean and tidy place to stay, not gonna lie but the light on the building at night was stunning 🌆💫 my favorite place at the hotel was the massage chair 😂 never get bored by seating and relax my mind while waiting for my grab driver to arrive plus there are many restaurants/cafe near the hotel very easy for us to go and eat there 🍝🍛, i would love to stay again at this hotel very recommended 4 Star ⭐ from me 🤝🏻😝
