Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful room (decoration and space), amazing view, staff very gentle and efficient. Easy check in and check out, having the chance to send them the information in advance. Great location.

Staff were super helpful and have great food recommendations. Location was good for local bars/cafes, a half hour walk to other good hangout spots, and close to the Metro for sightseeing. Steam room was a fun extra.

United StatesI'm sure some would be annoyed by street noise: the hotel is right by a very busy intersection and there is a hospital close by, so there are cars, folks on the sidewalks, and emergency vehicles going by at all hours. I was not pleased by the wake up call I received of the hallway getting vacuumed around 9:30am. While I appreciate that the place was very clean, it would make more sense to vacuum in the afternoon between check-out and check-in time when folks are likely not there/not trying to sleep in. The weather was very cold during my stay, and it was chilly in my room. There was no in-room thermostat or heater, and there were no extra blankets. I received an email inviting me to check-out online, and the hotel's website stated I had a $40 balance that I most definitely did not owe. I went to check-out in person to find out what was going on, and the staff confirmed that my balance was paid in full. Probably just a weird computer error, but beware just in case.
Totally adequate hotel - a solid 8. Very convenient if you plan to use public transit: takes about three minutes to walk to the St. Marcel station. The shampoo, soap, and lotion smelled wonderful, and the room and all other areas were spotlessly clean. Good size room for Paris, and strong free wifi.

There are hand soap,shampoo,body soap in bathroo,which smell amazing.Hair dryer is strong. The outlets are each side of beds. They provide bottle of water and glasses which you can drink in room. Staff are super friendly,let us use microwave and fridge. They change towels and do cleaning everyday. Location is also good,you can go both of saint marsel and Austeslitz. Supermarket is very near. Clean and comfy room,friendly staff. They made our staying in Paris awesome.
