It’s a small hotel (which is totally ok), therefore there were sometimes not enough tables available during breakfast and it got quite crowded. But for us this was just a minor inconvenience

The room was magic but the "boulevard de l'Hopital can be noisy due to hospital sirens, and of course this is not the hotel responsibility. Windows are good but I have a light sleep.

Beautiful room (decoration and space), amazing view, staff very gentle and efficient. Easy check in and check out, having the chance to send them the information in advance. Great location.

Some minor repairs needed doing in our room, nothing major but made it feel a little rough around the edges.

Staff were super helpful and have great food recommendations. Location was good for local bars/cafes, a half hour walk to other good hangout spots, and close to the Metro for sightseeing. Steam room was a fun extra.

Feather pillows and down comforters were a problem due to allergies. Staff were able to find one non-feather pillow :)

Location off the beaten track; fewer tourists, quieter. Convenient to transportation (train, metro) Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good.

I had booked for a double room and the room had two single beds connected. I reported the issue but the setup did not change.

In the bathroom, the shower glass was with the mold.

Nicely decorated room, friendly staff, there was free lemon water and cake in the reception offered. Close to the metro and bus stop. Lovely area of cafes and eateries.

I'm sure some would be annoyed by street noise: the hotel is right by a very busy intersection and there is a hospital close by, so there are cars, folks on the sidewalks, and emergency vehicles going by at all hours. I was not pleased by the wake up call I received of the hallway getting vacuumed around 9:30am. While I appreciate that the place was very clean, it would make more sense to vacuum in the afternoon between check-out and check-in time when folks are likely not there/not trying to sleep in. The weather was very cold during my stay, and it was chilly in my room. There was no in-room thermostat or heater, and there were no extra blankets. I received an email inviting me to check-out online, and the hotel's website stated I had a $40 balance that I most definitely did not owe. I went to check-out in person to find out what was going on, and the staff confirmed that my balance was paid in full. Probably just a weird computer error, but beware just in case.

Totally adequate hotel - a solid 8. Very convenient if you plan to use public transit: takes about three minutes to walk to the St. Marcel station. The shampoo, soap, and lotion smelled wonderful, and the room and all other areas were spotlessly clean. Good size room for Paris, and strong free wifi.

The cleaning service was very good and daily. The breakfast had a few options but very good quality. The personnel at the breakfast room were very friendly, especially Faiza, and helpful with recommendations about what to visit. The reception was also very helpful! Everybody was speaking very good English and we were able to communicate effectively. Location is great

My room was just next to the stairs and I could always hear people walking. Also the window was quite small and the room dark. But that was okay.

I loved my stay, it was very nice and comfortable. The room was very stylish and the beds soft. Everything was clean and I had more space then I expected.

The stay was fine. Unhappy with the taxi driver the hotel arranged for me, to take us back to Beauvais airport. During the trip he exited the vehicle to urinate at the roadside. He was also loud and verbally unhappy that I had no cash, and was paying by card.

bit far from sightseeing area. Water pressure is bit weak. But still,I'd love to stay there again.

There are hand soap,shampoo,body soap in bathroo,which smell amazing.Hair dryer is strong. The outlets are each side of beds. They provide bottle of water and glasses which you can drink in room. Staff are super friendly,let us use microwave and fridge. They change towels and do cleaning everyday. Location is also good,you can go both of saint marsel and Austeslitz. Supermarket is very near. Clean and comfy room,friendly staff. They made our staying in Paris awesome.
