Basically the attached services to the hotel. The gentleman’s toilets were out of order in most urinals and lots of water over the floor. Plus the toilets were dirty and it looked like the had not been cleaned the following morning by 08:30. Floor in the eating part of the services had been cleaned but there was still food debris in the grouting between the floor tiles.

Room was clean and reception staff were helpful. Restaurant food was nice and reasonable price

as the room was quite pricey they could have included at least a kettle and some snack (such as an invidually wrapped biscuit) and some tea bags.These cost very little and they elevate the quality of the impression of the room as people can have a cup of tea in their own room . Yes, there was a bar,a shop and a restaurant within the hotel.However the staff that was managing the hotel reception was also managing the bar and the shop and the queue was extremely long.If you had to check in or check out , or pay for 1 tea/coffee o buy a bottle of water you all had to be in the very long queue so having the chance to make a cup of tea in the room would have saved all this hassle and made a good impression

despite an extremely busy hotel,restaurant,bars my room was really soundproof and I could sleep like a baby, just as I wanted as I was really tired and needed a break from driving on a long road trip.The room was great, clean and stilish, just a bit pricey.The location ,too was great ,near the motorway and with a pond full of frogs , it was a cute spot.Inside there were a lot of facilities: a restaurant, a bar, a shop.

Odd location, almost an industrial estate and not very clear directions for parking. Especially when you are tired.

access is restricted heading south - It was not at all clear that access to the property is restricted. if heading south the hotel is on the opposite side of the motorway and you need to go on to the next exit and come back heading north to then access the hotel on the opposite side of the motorway. Due to the next exit being closed it added nearly an half hour to our journey.

A good clean hotel for an overnight stay if traveling to or from the south of France. very clean rooms, good value and extremely helpful and pleasant staff.

Heading north on the A40 this is absolutely perfect for an overnight break. The food was okay for a roadside rest area, the rooms were basic but clean and the staff were very helpful.

The room was suffliciently large and cleaned, however the bedroom was not comfortable, because the bed linens were too small wrt to the bed size. In practice we slept on the mattress.

We didn't take breakfast; the hotel parking is the parking of the rest area of the motorway. The restaurant, very close to the hotel (the same building) is ok.

Awful view from the room window of the back of what looked like the rubbish collection yard.

Over night stay on the way back to UK from Italy. The hotel was on the motorway therefore I didn't have to leave the toll road to get to it. Restaurant on site. Good breakfast.
