- Room was quite small, as in there was barely space for two open suitcases - Room was sparsely equipped (e.g. no hand soap, in-room coffee maker/kettle)

- Located in a cute, residential neighbourhood with nearby metro (~5-10 minute walk) - Staff was friendly and helpful - Common area has various amenities, like hot drink machine and vending machine with snacks and travel supplies (super helpful since we forgot to pack our universal adapter)

The breakfast was poor. There could be eggs or different types od cheese and ham. Hand soap next to the sink would be also good. The room for breakfast had sticky floor and could be cleaner.

The room and the bed sheets were clean. The bed is comfortable.

The rooms were too small. Bed needs upgrading. Towels were pitiful. Not bath towel size! No hand towel. No hand soap. No bath mat. Chance of slipping when getting out of shower! No shelves in bathroom for your toiletries. No fridge or water!

I asked for extra pillows but as soon as I finished asking them a big no came out of the receptionist's mouth. She didn't have a badge to know her name but she is the blonde with short hair and glasses, kindness and courtesy like the one who served us on the first day is what should be done. learn

The rooms were very simple but for the price we paid I think it was excellent value for money.

For the price paid, the location was pleasant, a short walk from the metro and the hotel was clean, simple and safe. Would definitely recommend to someone who isn’t bothered about staying somewhere fancy, but wants a clean safe space to stay in Paris.

No hand soap whatsoever - presumably it is foreseen the guests buy it in a vending machine downstairs?

Rooms are simple - it is a budget hotel, after all, but well arranged and clean. Excellent value for money if you do not mind staying off the beaten track and walk to the closest metro.

The fact that the room was really small, hot without a fan and open the windows was a NO because of mosquitoes and noise seeing that an express road was in front of the building.

The water in the sink did not flow off well and a little table in the room would be nice.

The room is small, but okay and clean. The hotel is located at the border of Paris, but two Metro stations (lines 1 and 9) are in short walking distance and they bring you easily to the main attractions of paris. Supermarkets and good restaurants are also close (around the Metro 1 station). The Bois de Vincennes can be reached by foot as well and is great for children. Breakfast is not something special, but it is also not bad.

HK staff unable understand little bit of English and when raised a concern there is no positive respond or follow up from front desk staff (morning shift). it was not the same room updated in booking.com

The room has a strange smell and the exhaustion in the bathroom is constantly working, creating a problem to sleep because is very noisy, I think this should be fixed.

We wished the third bed in the triple room was made beforehand... also the bathroom/showers didn't have locks.

Decent location close to metro, private bathroom and shower, good for a short stay mostly spent wandering downtown Paris.
