There's an odd smell whenever the staff clean the room. I think it's some kind of air freshener but it's very strong.

Staff were very friendly. They allowed me to cancel an accidental double booking and helped me find my way around the city. Breakfast was also very nice.

We really enjoyed our accomodation in this hotel. The room was clean, warm (winter stay) and quite comfortable for 2 people. The bathroom was clean and we had always hot water. The staff was tidying every day. The buffet breakfast was full with a big variety to choose from. The staff was very polite and helpful. Generally everything is as described in the site. The Alesia metro is about 5-7 minutes walk form the hotel.

Less types of towels. I want to have at least 2 towels, for face and for the body. In some hotels they even provide 3-4 types of towels, here tho they gave only for the body. What a shame for a 3-star hotel! And I think they were not changing the towels every day, which is so frustrating! Also, I asked the hotel for a queen size bed, since I traveled with my wife. They gave me 2 single beds. That was also disappointing!

I liked that it was super clean and was not smelling at all. I understand that it is Paris and the rooms are usually small, so the size of the room did not surprise me much. I mean of course it is small, but the bathroom was super comfy and the beds are okay.

The smell was a bit mouldy from the bathroom. Also, it wasn't the nicest atmosphere in the lobby w/ drunk people and a lot of people just hanging around in the lobby and the personnel didn't say hello or give any feeling that they wanted to serve you.

I liked the form of the attic w/ window, which gave it a bohemian feel. It was also really clean and it was easy to talk with the cleaners.

Even though the hotel in general is clean the cleaning done by the maid is poor. More specifically, we ordered food and for two consecutive days they did not care to trash the empty boxes. Also, there were times that we found the room a bit messy after the cleaning was done. Bedsheets and towels are not changed on a daily basis and do not expect to find a proper trash bin in the toilet. Additionally, for some odd reason they only provide body towels. Another thing worth mentioning is that the room is very hot throughout the day even if the heating radiator is not turned on. Last but not least, the majority of the staff is neglecting and rude. More specifically, we ordered takeaway and even though we kindly asked them to let the delivery man to come up to the room, not only they replied in an unprofessional manner they also ignored the request because the employee on the front desk did not speak English at all which is unacceptable when someone works as a receptionist.

The hotel is located in a great spot and within walking distance from public transportation, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The area is quiet and safe. As far as it concerns the rooms they are small yet cozy. The breakfast served is quite good.

The room was really small and no space to move around. There was no safe to put any valuable item.

I liked that the location of the hotel was perfect and the district was nice. The staff was really helpful, there’s always someone present at the reception 24/7 which is great👌🏽
