I was very impressed by everything.

Perfect location, both for Nimes central station and for buses, including the airport shuttle. A five minute pleasant pedestrian walk takes one up to the Arena and the historical centre. The breakfast included a great range of options, including fig bread, fresh stewed apples and freshly squeezed orange- it was included in the room rate and served from 6am which was very helpful for people travelling early.

I love the Ibis chain. They never disappoint. It's clean, the sizes of the rooms are suitable, the breakfast is almost always perfect and the location was ideal for the type of journey. I was very happy with everything.

Hotel is on excellent location. staff was really nice and helpful. Position is in the heart of Nimes, walking distance to most attractions. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was with enough variety to satisfy any requirement.

The entrance to the hotel was difficult to identify. Definitely need a good, clear sign on the station side. I walked past it and then thought I was entering a snack bar. Make reception more obvious too would help.

Excellent staff in the hotel who were always welcoming and very helpful. Great desk staff who are helpful in both French and English. Very clean rooms. Thanks to cleaning staff. A good breakfast available. Again very helpful staff who were welcoming and ensured there was always enough food available and the breakfast room was tidy. Good wifi. Good location. Very quiet. I would happily stay there again. 10/10

Well, the lift was a bit slow and in this post-covid age, it helps to start the day early beginning with the lift going down. More lifts would be nice, but not a reasonable request or expectation.

A great place for the weary traveler. The location could not be better, across from the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. I generally like France and some stress-free aspects of being there, here is an excellent example.
