The hallway leading to our room echoed a lot and carried sounds from other guests very easily. The bathroom was a little cramped and the water pressure in the shower wasn't very good.

The hotel room was quite large for the price. There was ample parking at all times during the day. The restaurant in the lobby was very good and would be worth the visit by itself. The staff seemed friendly and helped us know when our room was ready when we arrived before check-in time.

The bathroom has no vent or window. Breakfast is served on paper plates and with plastic utensils and I just really don't like all the trash this is producing.

Very clear, spacious room; pool was very cold but we made it in and it was great. Easy check-in, everyone was friendly, no complaints.

We definitely didn't like that when we went to breakfast and were about to make our plates a dog comes running out of the office area into the area where the food was and around the patrons that were already seated eating. That shouldn't have never happened running around where the food was .

No vegan options for breakfast as we requested when booking. Perhaps we were meant to ask, but that wasn't the case at our previous hotel and we are used to there always being plant based options. Shocking that there wasn't even plant milk in 2024! There wasnt even any fruit, very unhealthy options indeed. Luckily there is a lovely little plant based place a 5min or so drive from the hotel we highly recommend!

Very comfy stay in a nice big room. Very helpful and friendly staff who explained the layout of the hotel and the best place to park for our room location. Appreciated the fridge as we were on a roadtrip and had food with us in a cool bag. Had a nice bath too after a long drive from Yosemite. Good location to break up the drive from Yosemite to Vegas, we chose Fresno because of its better vegan options than smaller towns.

When we checked in we weren’t told that the wifi password was on the sleeve of the room keys. When I called front desk for it and told them that I didn’t know and possibly tossed the sleeve I was not given the password. I called back and spoke with someone else who gave it to me. The small fridge was in a cabinet that the TV sits on. Would have also been nice to have been told that, we didn’t figure it out until later in our stay. Would be nice to include a microwave in the room as well.

We noticed that there was security walking around in the evening and we liked that. Beds super comfy. Large and clean room. Delux breakfast was good as well.

The complimentary breakfast, though fine, is pretty predictable from visit to visit. Could be a good thing or bad thing. Some rooms have more recent updating vis-a-vis more accessible power outlets, USB ports, etc. It's sort of the 'luck of the draw". I always travel with power bars and multi-port USB adapters, so not a big deal for me.

The rooms are spacious (300 sq ft). The heat pumps have been upgraded in much of the property so they are silent, effective and inobtrusive in the room. The grounds are well landscaped and pleasant. . . if you're into walks, you don't need to leave the property. The staff is friendly and efficient. I have been using this motel for decades (yes, it is older, but well maintained) and hope to be using it for a few more. The accomodations, location and price all work very well for me.

Good clean premises. Room, although seemed old, had good large windows letting sunlight in. Breakfast was good, with cereal, pastries, toasts, fried potato, not just continental breakfast you get at other places.

The fireplace pilot light hissed and the in room refrigerator motor made loud noises all night, thankfully had earplugs. We had requested an upstairs room but when we arrived we're told that there was only a downstairs room although the hotel was not anywhere near full?

Room was clean and updated, good location great shower. Short walk to the beach and pier.
