Breakfast is not its money worth. Selections are not big. There was only some runny scrambled egg. No possibility to order exceptions if you have restrictions on Sunday as there is noch chef available. Run out of food o the second day. There was only one person working, he didn’t mange do clean the tables, all the time was something missing.

We arrived after dark and got stuck in the underground Carpark. In the dark we didn’t see the height limit sign. Signage could be improved.

Nothing! The whole stay was first class. Staff most helpful when we asked them to book taxes for us. And generally helpful and friendly. The entire hotel is very modern, attractive and clean. We particually liked the courtyard.

The breakfasts were excellent and we invited guests for dinner one evening, which exceeded our expectations. But then this part of France is resound for its cuisine!

For a night's stay perfectly ok, longer stay be mindful it is in a very urban location.

Good food, nice service, good recommendation for a nice local bottle of wine. Super comfortable bed. Very very quiet, despite the fact that hotel is next to v busy road (triple-glazing).

A very comfortable hotel and friendly atmosphere. Staff were very courteous and professional. We asked to change rooms because the air conditioning wasn't working. This was arranged for us in a few minutes with no difficulty at all. The restaurant food was excellent and waiting staff were very helpful and the staff seemed happy and comfortable with each other and worked well as a team. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any one visiting or travelling through the area. Very dog friendly too.

The Hotel has actually another name and logo, so we lost time in finding it : Either Booking.com communicates on the actual name, or the hotel makes a 'Mercure' logo visible from the several (one way) Villefranche streets where it and the parking is located.

The very fact that there was an actual parking space available, as announced, in the hotel property (basement), which is an condition indeed when stops over at Villefranche just for a transit and good food around. Other hotels than Mercure have disappointed us in announcing to us when arriving that the parking was full or not available. We make sure now to early detect false statements of the like.

The staff was very helpful, respectful and polite. The restaurant was great and the food very good. It was a great stay and very easy and quick check in and check out. The waiters went beyond ordinary service and were very pleasant and accomodating. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of VIllefranche. The swimming pool on the roof and the gym were a real bonus. Highly recommend this hotel!

The buffet breakfast wasn't great; the selection was quite poor and food didn't seem to be restocked so if you arrived down to breakfast a little late, you miss out! I didn't think the breakfast was worth the price

Breakfast was decent, the rooms were spacious and clean. There was parking available at the site. The staff were attentive and friendly.

It wasn't pointed out to us that whilst we had prepaid for an evening meal that the menu for that was different to the a la carte and therefore ended up paying much more, for frankly an ok meal.

The access to the hotel garage is not really well indicated, so we missed it the first time. Otherwise, all good.
