We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location within walking distance to old town and restaurants. Super friendly staff, and clean rooms.

United KingdomBit of a musty smell - nothing horrendous though Secure parking - because there is a key then it's a bit of a pain on leaving as the exit of car park is a bit of a way round one way system back to the hotel - you have to go back to the hotel to drop off the key
Excellent value for well located hotel with a good sized bedroom and bathroom. Staff very friendly; the bed was comfortable and very clean. We didn't have breakfast but the brasserie at the gare next door does amazing coffee
