The colour scheme of the room was quite depressing, a paint refresh would be beneficial. The provision of tea/coffee in the room was quite poor and reception were not able to provide any milk etc. There was quite a lot of road noise.

We had an early flight out of Carcassonne so we chose the Kyriad for it's proximity to the airport. The hotel is located on an industrial/retail park but was easy to find and well signposted. The Reception team were very friendly and efficient. The room was basic but clean and quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable. There is a restaurant on site and we had a drink at the bar. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from using the pool area but it looked well designed outside. It was approximately a 10 minute walk to the airport so we saved on the cost of a taxi.

The room was very cold on arrival and as it wasn't very well insulated we had to leave the heating on High all the time to keep it warm.

Adequate for my needs, it's a motel, not a hotel, reception and restaurant are in a different building. Some lights didn't work.

Excellent location for the airport, which is the reason I chose this motel, food was good if a little cold, reasonably priced.

Couldn't get meal at hotel as said no room. Because of location we were relying on a meal at hotel after a long day travelling.

Our only criticism which is minor is that a few more teabags and coffee sachets rather than just one of each would have been good as there were two of us. Also milk for the drinks would be appreciated.

The food at the hotel was over-expensive for what it was. It was terrible quality and had obviously been just reheated in the microwave and had little to no taste at all.

The room was very clean, it had easy access to the room via a lift if needed and it has a great little pool to relax in. All of the staff were very friendly and happy to help you in any way possible. The pool was a great way to relax on a hot day and with the reception open 24/7 it was always easy to get help if needed.

Apart from the proximity to airport, the location and surroundings are in an industrial site so wouldn’t be somewhere to stay if you had more than 12 hours etc. The restaurant choice is very limited.

We stayed here so we could be close to the airport for an early morning flight, was convenient. 10 minute walk. The rooms are good, clean and comfortable. There’s a restaurant opposite near garage that do a buffet. Really good. The breakfast was good. Good value.

Arrived Sunday afternoon no restaurant facility on site on that day if you are without transport you have to take a Little walk to find somewhere.McDonald’s is the closest option . Three options for breakfast but not clearly advertised.

We were there on a Saturday evening and the resturant was closed - as apparently it is always at the weekends. There are few resturants nearby. If they could open over the weekends the hotel would be close to perfect

This was the first time we have ever stayed in a Kyriad Hotel and it was very very good. Spotlessly clean. Charming staff and everything worked as it should. We will certainly look at Kyriad Hotels again when we travel.

We were only provided with one sachet of caffeine coffee and one de-caff when we would have both appreciated some caffeine for our early start.

The hotel fulfilled our purpose very well in being a clean and quite place to sleep right by the airport, so we could walk to an early flight.
