Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWe've stayed at the hotel many times before it changed from a Kyriad Prestige, the only thing we missed this time was the coffee and drinks facilities in the rooms which had been removed.
Very comfortable rooms, you could see they had been freshly redecorated as most the room and hotel smelled of paint. Great secure parking for guests arriving by car, and close to the tram stop if not. The breakfast food and staff were also great.

United KingdomFor a 4 star hotel the outfit is too simple. And the room was small. I had to fight aircon to make it working as I wanted. And I cannot tell that I won.
I like large gated parking. The gate from the parking was not shut overnight, so I was able to do as much trip to the car as I wanted. It was 2am and breakfast room smell delicious. It was a pity that I miss breakfast usually. I have asked for room on the highest floor, and I get that. The check out is at 12pm by default. The room had a cattle. And every facility worked well. Everything was clean. It was possible to open the window.

The bed was comfortable and the room quiet and clean. Staff were helpful and welcoming. There was confusion regarding the express breakfast (6 euro) and buffet breakfast (15 euro). Would suggest clarifying prior to purchasing.
