We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe whole neighbourhood where the hotel is located is gated and it closes from Friday night until Monday morning. There is only 1 exit left open, at Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace. This exit is 2-3 km away from the hotel. Nobody warned us about this, the guy at check-out should have said something. Google Maps doesn't know it so it kept rerouting us into different closed gates. We were lucky to meet a taxi driver who was heading out and he let us follow him to the exit.
Good location, we stayed here because we had an early flight from CDG and it was a 15 minute drive to the airport. Clean and modern room Secure parking

NetherlandsFor both business [work at the exhibition centre Paris Nord-Villepinte] as plane spotting this hotel is conveniently located. Rooms from the upper level on the back side give a nice view on the airport. The staff is very friendly and doing their best to make you feel very welcome. The bar area is cosy and breakfast is what you can expect in France.

Nice quiet atmosphere. Very clean and located close to the airport. Nicole was terrific with helping us. She even taught me a little French. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice quiet stay close to the airport and great customer service.

Very friendly staff, in particular receptionist Nicole was very helpful. With a 15 minute drive to the Paris Nord exhibition center the location was very good. For tourism purposes I would say it is too far out of the city with limited public transportation options besides taxi [as far as I am aware]. Parking is in front of the hotel and is free of charge.

BrazilThe lift was broken at the days of the check-in and the check-out and my room was on the 4th floor. The shower place was very tight and sorrounded by plastic curtains. Almost impossible to take a shower without rubbing on them.

convenient for the Exposition centre and the aerospace museum, clean, friendly staff and a good bar. it has an average restaurant sadly only functional Monday to Friday, with a small choice but was reasonable quality and staff were happy to accommodate a child’s choice of snack. breakfast also had a good choice of food and served until 10am

FinlandLocation was difficult but isn´t the hotels fault. There is a fence between hotel and the driveway so you can´t use bus for travelling. Hard to get taxi so using Uber or Bolt is necessary.
Room was very clean, comfortable bed and pillows! Silent room. The breakfast was good; fresh breads, croissants, cold cutlery - something for everyone. Very helpful and friendly staff. I needed a taxi and the hotel´s chauffeur drove me to the nearest exhibition hall, this was an exellent service.
