it is worth reserving a river front room - so beautiful! Very comfortable beds, friendly staff. Very quiet at night. And very easy to catch the free bus to the train station.

The building is not particularly attractive from the outside, but in a great location by the river.

The breakfast was fine, the restaurant was excellent, we ate there on two consecutive nights and were pleased that the menu had changed daily.

Parking very convenient; check-in/front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant, friendly and helpful (and the fact that they spoke some English was hugely beneficial to me); it's pet friendly and there's a nice river and a little path great for walking the dog; appreciated the fact that there was an elevator, a restaurant on premises (also a bar that looked nice but I didn't go in). Fairly busy little roadway but still very quiet, especially given that my room overlooked it vs. the river. Room very clean, nice bathroom, comfy bed, laminate floor so comfortable (not cold) for bare feet. Appreciated that I was able to reserve a restaurant table when I checked in a mere 2 hours before dinner.

Partition to the bathroom isn't very private. There is a sliding door with no lock and a visible gap between the side of the door and the room.

I have only marked the hotel down due to the bathroom. It was fully functional but not like the photos, rather tired and in need of renovation.

Fabulous location, perfect for walking into Cahors medieval centre. Very friendly and helpful staff even when I misunderstood due to language issues. Plenty of parking Room was lovely with a comfortable bed and balcony overlooking the river. NOT TO BE MISSED their restaurant is wonderful, the food is delicious, wine superb and the the staff excelled. All at a reasonable price as well Breakfast also very good with lots of choice.

Not a lot as good as we expected. I was suprised at the 10euro per night charge for our dog as no details in the list of contents.

The staff were helpful and pleasent " good smiles". The room was as good as it could be and pleasent view every thing was good. The valantine meal was very good. We enjoyed the bottle supplied to our room (FOC) a thoughtfull gesture.

This lovely hotel and restaurant is situated on the side of the River and our room overlooked the river. Our dinner on Sunday evening was excellent and Phillipe , staff in the restaurant, was extremely helpful to us. We wandered around the riverside walk which is closed to traffic on Sundays. Would definitely stay here again, Cahors has a lot to offer visitors.

We upgraded to the river view. Worth the extra cents. Clean and comfortable. Pet friendly. The restaurant has exceptional food, especially given that it is a businessman’s pit stop. Really delicious food. Just a ten minute walk and you are in the heart of old Cahors. The hotel was definitely worth its value in money.

Well located for a visit to the mediaeval city, which is only 5 minutes' walk across the bridge. We had a river view, which was very pleasant. We dined in the restaurant. Everything was very professionally done. Would recommend.

Room was rather small compared to other hotels but that may be because space is at a premium when so close to the centre of town. No explanation given of the function of the room access card - took a while to work out that it need to be inserted in a holder for the lights to work! More information in the room on these aspects would be helpful
