First time staying at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and reception had us checked in quickly. The room was large and well furnished with a great view out onto a wooded area, while the bathroom had a tub with shower and good quality toiletries. The hotel is in a quiet location but a 2 minute walk takes you to the town square, river and green park. Breakfast was of good quality and there was a good selection. The hotel is located in a historical building that has been very carefully renovated and updated to meet the needs of 21st century travellers. Very pleased and will be staying here again.

Parking limited. Parking was full at 22.30. I had to look for a parking middle of metz and end middle of the night in the middle of nowhere with my luggages Looking for the hotel. Stress pur.

Excellent place to start exploring Metz. Very quite and within walking distance to all major attractions. The rooms are very spacious and well equiped. Very rich and tasty breakfast buffet. Nice and helpfull staff. I strongly recommend this place to other guests.

The reception staff are, to quote an Australian term, a bit up themselves. More attention to the customer and a little less to your image, please.

The elevator broke on our last day but it was not a problem as they arranged to take our luggage down in a freight elevator.

We loved our stay here! We had a huge room on the third floor with large window looking out toward the historic chapel. They were very welcoming to our cat. We had requested a top sheet and blanket (instead of a duvet)which was on the bed when we arrived. They provided a capsule coffee machine and kettle. The air conditioning system though ecological, worked very well. Our meal at the restaurant was delicious; we liked that if one did not want the entire fixed menu, there were several options. The breakfast was outstanding as one would expect at a hotel with a fine restaurant. They have electric bikes available which we did not have time to try but I am sure would be lots of fun! All the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Fancy hotel in a fancy area of the city. Elegant, super-clean, extremely well equipped room, very comfortable bed. Very professional staff (a bit formal). Small parking closeby (was full wen I arrived) and huge parking at 150 meters (both charged extra).

Room was functional rather than super-comfortable.

Food, both at breakfast and in the restaurant, was excellent. There was a really pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, unusual in a hotel of this kind.
