Non working ice machines and hated my view of the HVAC lol

The beds comfort level would be an 8. Not bad but not the best.

We stayed in the bedroom that had 2 queens and a fold out sofa bed. Everything was clean, we had enough towels, the free breakfast in the morning was decent . Bed was ok , shower amenities were nice since i had forgotten my body wash,.

I was charged a parking fee each day even though i didnt use the parking lot.

I am really can’t think of anything I did not like, except for it being a little pricey.

This was a great location for my needs. it was quiet (except for freeway noise), clean and my queen suite was spacious. The café was serving halibut the night I was there which was incredible!

Family became sick during the stay. Hotel had no on-site way to get medications. Had to call an Uber to go get medications.

what i didnt like was the variety. we were here for 5 nights. After the 3rd day the same breakfast was a little boring. It would have been nice for a little variety maybe every 2 days. Also the complimentary evening snacks were nothing impressive. started off nice with fruit and cheeses but by the 3rd day there was only trailmix and chips and salsa. i wouldve preferred a wider variety of snacks

I liked that breakfast was served prompltly at 6am. We had to head out early each morning and having breakfast ready to go was a big plus for us. the location of the breakfast was very easy to find. also there was plenty of room to sit with my family.

Went for a trip with my mom for her birthday. The staff was very welcoming, pool was clean. Continental Buffet was nice and we surely appreciated being able to get free drinks during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

I did not like the ideal of having to pay for parking. You had plenty of space and parking should have been provided for free. There was no TUBs in the Room only a showere.

Breakfast was very good I just don't care for Powdered Eggs. The Eggs to order station was a great fix for the powered eggs. I like the way you change up the breakfast menu.

we requested 2 rooms 1 was not ready yet and we waited about an hour. we had requested rooms close together if possible and they were on the same floor which we were grateful for. we very a large family and we attempted to eat pizza at a table in the lobby not part of the restaurant and we were told we could eat there . when we inquired as to a place we could eat together were asked “Do you have a room?”. we said yes. we were told” eat in your room”! the table was in the area of appetizers served to guests that was closing as we arrived. our rooms no supplies for meals. our room did not have 4 towels for us and we had to request more. the pool area had no towels at all

I was surprise taking extra money from account. I expected based on web side they ask for 200USD as deposit but they charged me 700USD. Of course those money will be returned to your account but it was really unexpected expense.

Noise issues from Freeway reconstruction. Hotel cannot control this, but combined with airport noise on the other side of the hotel it made this stay less attractive. We have stayed numerous time as this hotel and had good experiences.

Breakfast was good. We like having the restaurant in the bar area. Menu is limited, but food is good, and we don't have to go find a restaurant at the end if the day.

Wi-fi was not very reliable. On a couple different occasions, my laptop said I was connected but I could not reach the internet and would have to disconnect and reconnect.
