Bad drain smell ( but might be expected of a medieval city) however, water very slow emptying bathroom wash basin Bathroom needs maintenance throughout…….toilet seat, (as per previous feedback) shower screen, sink Smoke alarm disconnected battery still not replaced No water, milk, coffee etc provided and no nearby shop to purchase these Stairs to mezzanine very steep and dangerous on decent as no handrail Light bulbs need replacing

Figuring out the parking turned out to be a little bit of a challenge initially. The shower is very small and didn't have soap or paper towels. Certain areas of the apartment can be a little tricky to navigate to avoid hitting your head (loft).

The apartment is located in La Cite so everything is within a 5 minute walk inside. The apartment is a good size and has a loft with a second bed if traveling with children or possibly a second couple. Free parking nearby.

The location is excellent! The apartment itself is very well cared for and more than enough room for a family of 4. Very comfortable and clean. It was also very nice to have free parking available outside as we were travelling by car with all our stuff and all was kept in a safe manner.

Hot and stuffy, loud and echoing. No privacy for anyone. Steep shallow stairs to upstairs. Parking is about a 10 minute walk away on cobbled streets; you have to carry your bags through the city to get there.

It is a lovely place in the heart of Carcassonne. We enjoyed a lot our stay. It has everything for a perfect stay.

We stayed during the festival of Carcassonne and when the concert finished around 11.00pm it was very noisy in the street outside for 1/2 hour as the people were making their way home. To be expected really - we should’ve got tickets for the concert!!

Just perfect for a trip to the medieval city. Very comfortable beds and everything you need for a stay. Just off the square with lots of busy restaurants.

Bathroom a bit rundown but adequate for an overnight stay. I imagine it difficult to keep places in tiptop shape with so many visitors.

Great location in the middle of the medieval city. Free parking a plus! Owner easy to contact & accommodating. Very clear instructions before arriving with photos of parking and apartment making access very straightforward. Made the trip less stressful as we knew what to expect. Ample space in the apartment for our family of five & very quiet at night. Slept well.

The sliding doors in the shower were removed from the track.

The location was perfect and the instructions were totally clear. Beds and bathroom were clean, and the flat was warm during the whole stay. The parking space was also a positive point.

The appartement only misses a very few thing: some soap in the bathroom and some salt in the kitchen. Otherwise it's all good!

It definitely needs some TLC and updates. Strong smell of mildew at the entrance. Beds, sofas, curtains have seen better days.

The location is excellent within the medieval walls and close the gate by the main parking area. The size of the apartment is quite good

The parking was not easy to find and is not well marked. Our Google maps took us to the wrong location. Also, there is no soap provided (not even hand soap in the bathroom), nor is there a garbage bag, so come prepared for that. Linens were provided, but only 3 towels for 6 people. Be ready to share!

A bit of a walk from the parking lot with your luggage, but good location once in the city walls. Bright and clean. Kids loved the loft. The owner communicated easily and was very accommodating.
