We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

To be honest, I loved everything: the location/area (Le Vieux Port-Le Plongeoir-Coconut Beach), the view from my window (facing south, so, the sea!), the view from the restaurant terrace, and also (i) the terrace + (ii) the restaurant (the menu + the food + the service), the room with high ceilings, a huge window, modern room renovations, the meeting room, the WiFi, and the cost-benefit/value for money. Seriously, it's been a while since I've been this satisfied (and the last time I was, it was at a 5-star hotel, so, with different prices and expectations). Thanks a million, I will definitely come back and recommend you guys!

ItalyThe common areas lack attention from management. With more focus on cleanliness, design, and lighting, the hotel could truly become exceptional. There is a noticeable lack of care, evidenced by sticky floors in the restaurant, wilting flowers in vases, orchards covered in plastic, and some unpleasant odors. With minimal effort, it could be transformed into a remarkable destination.
The hotel boasts an excellent location offering breathtaking sea views. The rooms are spacious and modern. Rooms are modest, yet equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The parking facilities are ample and convenient.
