Chairs in the gourmet restaurant were quite uncomfortable. There were people talking noisily in the car park outside our window late at night. Little bit of mould underneath the sealant in the shower.

Great breakfast (but had to pay extra for it), super friendly staff. Definitely worth booking a meal in the gourmet restaurant. Very comfortable rooms, which had both a shower and a bath.

Amazing, stunning room, wonderful staff, beautiful gardens, lovely bar, and amazing food. We ate in the bistro, which was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We will come again to dine in the gastro restaurant. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had.

But, we went to the cocktail lounge for pre dinner drinks, no wine list, and the bar guy was on his own so he never came back with either the wine list or the champagne we ordered. We left after 15 minutes with no drink

So attentive from the moment we arrived. Parking on site, The room was great, ground floor and garden access for our dog, he had a water and food bowl provided, plus a bed and dog treats. Not what you expect of such a establishment with all its history. Simply fantastic all round

The hotel is situated a bit further to the main center. So needs a 15 minute walking. Other than that everything was really good.

When we booked the hotel, we did not know that a 2 star Michelin restaurant was in the hotel, and available for booking for the very Saturday night we were there. So with a last minute booking from the restaurant, lovely room, elegant atmosphere and a Michelin-like-breakfast, it was a 24 hour experience.. Also, very convenient parking, Confortable room with the view of the Pyramid. Helpful and welcoming staff Very clean. Very silent room with a perfectly working air condition.

It would have been nice to be offered cereal instead of the fresh fruit (pineapple with strawberry), and had we asked I am sure it would have been provided. There seemed to be a lot of staff in the gastronomic restaurant, which was busy on the night we attended.

The location was 15 mins walk from the center of the town. Set in its own garden grounds, breakfast was served in the Bistro 'conservatoire'. The cooked elements were prepared by Chef Patrick Hanriroux himself during our stay! Formidable! The gastronomic restaurant was elegant and spacious. We were well attended to during our meal.

La Pyramide is a true gem in terms of service and food. The staff is very attentive to the smallest detail, making sure their guests feel comfortable. Our dinner and breakfast were outstanding.

Room size was satisfactory, but not brilliant for a hotel of this reputation, and the bathroom, which was elegantly designed, warm and very modern, wasn't all that convenient. Breakfasts were wonderfully served; no 'buffet style' here, but the down side is that service was quite slow, and not really any better overall than a good buffet, and therefore at twice the price of most buffets, not really value for money. But if time is of no great concern and if you value having waiter service for breakfast, then you'll love it ! The location was 'satisfactory' - in a pleasant and quiet part of town, but requiring about 20 minute walk to reach the town centre

It is a stunning hotel, with top class service at all stages: reception, room service, restaurant. Eating in the main restaurant is a great 'experience' ! But if you're looking for 'value' then the cost of a meal in the main restaurant was too high. however, we also particularly enjoyed the 'Bistro' where we ate on our 2nd evening: food value, service, selection and ambience were all excellent

The breakfast was served at the table, but no menu was available. There was only one waitress for the whole room, and she explained briefly to us what was available as she was a little bit in a rush. Then we ordered but some request were missed. I ordered an omelette but I have to request to stuff it with ham and cheese, which was eventually accepted. Except coffee and tea no drinks were proposed, no fruit juices. We had a fruitsauce but no fresh fruits proposed. Poor coordination in the service my wife fried eggs were served 15 mns before my omelette. The room is nice, specially the tables close to the garden window (everybody was inside due to bad weather). My recommendation is to arrive early because the staff do not set the tables once used and so you will be proposed what is left… To finish with, as a whole, the staff, while doing the job, did not show any warm attitude toward us.

The location, the private parking, the bedroom facilities. To finish with, we have been upgraded to an apartment as our booking for a double bed room confirmed by Booking.com has not been registered by the Hotel. When we arrived there was no more any double bed room available, hence the upgrade. The breakfast was vey good, but it was not a buffet service as indicated.
