The lobby appears to be a reception for a dry cleaning service and is badly marked, I was not given the password for the WiFi and had no one to ask for it, neither could I find it written anywhere in the room. The room it self was good but the hallways need a significant repair and cleaning

Reception was not open when it was advertised. There was a scrappy sign on the door saying it wasn't open until 4.00 and then they were late. They were badly organised. I had a change of rooms because the electricity wouldn't work in my booked room. The new room had no towels or toilet paper until 7.00pm. There was no staff there in the morning to check out, just a board to hang your key. The shower didn't drain well and I had to have a short shower so it wouldn't overflow onto the floor.

The price and the location just can't be beaten. These two things made anything negative unimportant. The room had just been refurbished and was very clean. The sheets smelt really good.

PLEASE sort out the exterior door situation!!! There could have been more clothes storage.

This is a great little hotel, handy to the station, buses and trams. There were various cafes nearby.

Everything was great until I took a shower. This particular room's bathroom didn't really drain, so the entire room nearly flooded (Within 5 minutes of me being in the shower.) I had to use all the towels provided and the spare bed's mattress top to dry the room. Other than that it is precisely what you would expect a 45 Euro/Night hostel to be like. I was pleased with the staff and being in a solo room.

The picture was not representative of the quality of the hotel / room. Wi-Fi was not provided but the code was given. Unfortunately the signal was weak and often failed with only 10 minutes of internet connection in 2 days!! If you’re young and poor this is the hotel for you; otherwise find a 3 star for a basic but more acceptable stay

Look, it's a bit scratty and they're doing it up bit by bit. So, this isn't the place to be if you're expecting wall-to-wall room service. But it is the place to be if you're going to be out and about doing touristy stuff and just want a clean bed and hot water at night time. The staff are really helpful - very French - so don't go wading in expecting international levels of tourist-speak, etc! One thing to remember is here there is a tax on hotel rooms that doesn't appear on the websites and that they have to collect; it's per night and they pay it to the local commune.

Loved staying here! Bang in the centre of Dijon and only 15 mins (walking slowly) from the station. But very quiet, acoustically protected from the nightlife, and without anyone staring into your bedroom. Comfy bed, lots of hot water, and the room was as clean as they could make it. The TV was set to French only, which helped me practise, but the wifi is excellent and there's a very helpful cleaner who happily provided all I requested.

They didn’t give me a WiFi. They put me on the 3 floor. They asked me for more 2,75€ that was not on the reservation when I booked. They were not on the hotel when I arrived at 5pm. The room and bathroom is not like on the photos.

Everything. Very unpleasant host, absent from the reception except to have you pay the residence tax, room was kept at 10° and they didn't turn on any heating before I arrived (on a cold and rainy day), the building is old, cranky and gloomy and lacks the most basic security and facilities, no breakfast is available, there's no-one to return the key to...

It was so bad I didn't even stay for the night.

The entire hotel looks like it’s seen it days , my immediate reaction when I saw it , I thought this must surely be a brothel . It doesn’t even look like a hotel from the outside and inside. Many problems in my room, light bulb in the bathroom never worked , heater never worked and the no hot water .

In terms of the property l, It’s central to many things of the city. About the room is that it’s cheap.

Toilet was faulty, no flush, was leaking, it would be great if there was a kettle avaiable to use and a mirowave for guests I think the wires hanging loose on floor 2 needs to be sorted out for safety reasons, Brighter lighting on staircase also
