Next to slopes. Everything pleasant. Great food, great bar and live music.

The bar area could get quite busy in the early evening. The rooms were a little bit tired and could do with an update. There were some really bad smells coming from the boot room.

Fantastic hotel, great location, ski to door, great for families and kids. Lots of activities in the evenings from karaoke to casino. The spa was a welcome treat at the end of a days skiing.

Not really anything to not like - we had a room near reception - i would imagine if your room was further away it could be a pain as long corridors to negotiate.

Great location right next to the slopes and the main lifts. Restaurant was good, plenty of variety and very tasty. All inclusive was great and flexible, all you needed to make a packed lunch if going to be out all day and the staff worked tirelessly to make everyone feel wellcome. Rooms were comfy not luxury but everything you needed was there.

The spa is quite expensive considering how small the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are. The pillows on the beds are uncomfortable. It wasn’t easy showering with the shower over the bath and no shower curtain.

The unlimited food and drink - good variety and all very tasty. The hotel is right next to the slopes and lifts so very conveniently located. Comfortable room with everything I needed.

Sometimes the dishes did not look very clean.

We loved that we could step out of the hotel door to ski and step in to the hotel to eat lunch. Very convenient. The food was very good and something new was offered every day. We had all inclusive and it was the right choice. Also a good selection of drinks in the bar. And the staff were always friendly and smiling.

All inclusive food in the buffet restaurant was very tasty but always lukewarm warm which was disappointing and hard it hard to keep eating there

My wife got food poisoning and when we told the staff about this they were not helpful at all. My wife wanted some plain food in the day after not eating for 24 hours and we asked for plain cornflakes to help her palate some food. The staff refused to ask or help get any from the restaurant despite the fact corn flakes were available every morning. We also asked for a hot water bottle to help with my wife's stomach cramps and the staff could not provide any.

Service in the restaurant was patchy. Dirty plates were left on the tables at breakfast, reducing the number of tables to sit at. Guests were clearing and resetting tables themselves

no shower curtain or shower head holder so floor got soaked. The buffet wasn’t very well organised so unless you got there when it opened it was very hit & miss BUT if you did it was actually really good.

It’s very difficult to find contact details (email or phone number) through the website. The staff are very helpful in person or on the phone but are very slow to respond to emails.

Everything was on site (accommodation, ski hire, ski stowage, a choice of restaurants) or close at hand (lift passes, ski lifts, ski schools).

The old amenities that have never been renewed since the 70’s. Super noisy when there are a lot of families. TV size, seriously? No shower, no heater in the toilets or the bathroom… Way too old for that price

It's quite warm in the rooms, but opening the windows was an easy enough solution. Would be nice to not have to hold the shower head, so a higher place to put the shower head instead of at the bathtub height would be great. Other than that, all was awesome.

Super friendly staff, good food options, nice bar, super close to the lifts. Just awesome, we loved it!

We had a fantastic ski holiday at hotel du golf. We loved it so much that we decided to stay for an extra week. The location is excellent in Arc 1800, with ski in/ski out and close to all the ski lifts. Ski rental skiset is part of the hotel and we were looked after very well. The process of getting our skis was very easy and convenient. The hotel is wonderful, clean, warm, well equipped with fantastic views out every window. The hotel room is very comfortable, serviced daily and we had an excellent view onto the slopes. The all inclusive package is great. The restaurants are excellent, with a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner available, with food options for everybody and great quality. Staff were very friendly, always had a smile and were always ready to help. We had a great experience at hotel du golf and we are looking forward to going back next year.
