United KingdomWas uncertain of the cost of parking in the car-park opposite the hotel, but that is beyond the hotels control.
I have stayed in Dinan a couple of times before and this hotel was the best for location, comfort and ease of finding. Highly recommended. There are bars and restaurants close by as well.

United KingdomRoom was large ensuite with heated towel rail, hairdryer and good hot water. There was a good size wardrobe with hanging space and ample shelves which was within the wardrobe. Tea and coffee making facilities and ample sockets. The room overlooked the place duguesclin where there is plenty of parking and there is also parking in front of Hotel. The hotel is ideally situated to explore Dinan and there are many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance

United KingdomThe mattress was too soft for us and the pillows were lumpy which did have a negative on our sleep but thats our preference, a lot of people like soft mattresses. The room was lovely but right on the road side so lorries and reeving motorbikes woke us early in the morning
The location was great, very close to the centre with a car park just opposite the hotel, you don't pay from 7pm - 9am. The staff very friendly and approachable The breakfast - 11euros per person - was very French with plenty of breads, croissants, pain au chocolats and cakes, yoghurts and fruit, and tea (English Breakfast in the restaurant but not in the rooms) coffee and hot milk for hot chocolate

DenmarkI have had hundreds of hotel stays around the world, and until this hotel, have never been met with demands for such a late check-in (4pm). Demand for pre-payment on arrival, even though my card already guaranteed the payment. We wanted a double bed but you can't push 2 single beds of different heights together and call it a double bed. An old worn out room. A bath without ventilation. A mediocre morning buffet and a receptionist who came and knocked on the door 10 minutes after checkout (we were a little late). It oozed from a lack of interest for the guests. Guests are not a given, remember that. Poor Poor customer service and poor value for money. The hotel reception is merely a cashier function with very limited hours, the rest is self service

United KingdomTrying to figure out the parking arrangements in the public car park across the road were a bit tricky. Even one French person and one Belgian person, tried to help, and couldn't figure it out. No information in English at all. Guess work worked in the end.
Very convenient for a one night stopover, with many restaurants to go out and choose from.

IrelandThe lighting over the beds was not good they were too high up and my sister could not sleep while I read so I had to stop reading .The restaurant attached to the hotel was disappointing and the carpet could do with a good cleaning ( in the restaurant.).having said all that I would stay there again.
The receptionist was so friendly he made us feel so welcome. We were able to park outside the hotel which was great.
