We truly can't find any negatives about the visit. The only thing I could say is the spa is smaller than some other spa locations we visited in the past, but still quiet, beautiful, and the services were excellent.

From the beautiful drive up to the property, to the staff, the phenomenal wines, music, and dinner was absolutely over the top. Our dinner at the French Restaurant was served to perfection with a staff that we talked and laughed with. We also opted in for the Master Tasting Class in which we learned much more about wines and the wines of the region. We can't wait to return in the Spring!!

The staff is young, willing to help and tries to be genuinely nice but lacks authenticity and sufficient training to succeed. The older staff is top notch. The food at their beach restaurant is mediocre at best if not terrible. Wines are okish. Entire place is very bad value over money, at least in August. It is terribly outdated and understaffed for the prices they practice but I understand the owner is some kind of local French celebrity and I guess you get this glitzy crowd around that likes to bask in this celebrity lime light. To be honest, far too many airs for my taste.

Well furnished and designed room but simply materials nothing fancy. Room was above their events hall which made it very noisy on some nights. The domain is fantastic and big with plenty of activities and options - two great swimming pools, the one at Villa Soleila also has amazing views. Breakfast is out of this world in terms of options, local ingredients - extremely plentiful. It is impossible not to find something you enjoy. They even have peeled grapefruit and freshly baked pancakes, French toast - just so you can get an idea of the amount of work, attention to detail that goes into preparing breakfast. The beach is located about 20 mins from the Chateau and they provide shuttles and can arrange for you to go on a certain schedule but need to book if you don't have your own car.

The pool is complicated. You need to take a compulsory shower to get in and to get out but you carry your stuff, clothes and books. Not practical at all.

Very nice resort, great restaurants! We enjoyed a lot. There is an option for wine tasting. I was not aware that the wine they produce belongs to the upper class!

We found it odd that there was no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner in the middle of high season, apart from the special event “Moon Room”. On the plus side, the beachfront restaurant, 10 minutes away by free shuttle is excellent. Reception staff were all charming but a little disorganised. We had to ask more than once for small items, and the information that we received wasn’t always accurate

Although very nice there are a few decor flaws. We stayed in a suite to which there was no chest of drawers or sitting area. The restaurant did not offer a relaxed cafe sort of menu.

It’s a beautiful location in wine country, near the Mediterranean Sea. Great services on site including really nice wine boutique with tastings the on the beach restaurant is an amazing experience, and the staff was very helpful in shuttling us there and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

It states a fitness centre - its a room with old equipment that’s barley useable. Not much 1 x bike 1 x old cross trainer 1 x very treadmill which is dangerous and should not be in use. 1 x old rowing machine and a weights bench which is broken

The Chateau is amazing set in the middle of a vineyard. Essentially this is a vineyard with an hotel and sophisticated restaurant but the wine is all important.

Friendliness at the beach restaurant can be better but the food made up for it. The driver of the shuttle can drive a bit slower..... Ordered an omelette for breakfast but still waiting for it....

This was our second stay in 4 weeks - the property is stunning with views of the vineyards and beyond- the rooms are clean and tastefully decorated- the facilities are superb and the staff friendly and accommodating- we will definitely return

We had dinner at the beach restaurant- the location and the food was good but the attitude of the staff made the experience unpleasant which was unfortunate

Our stay at the chateau was excellent- the staff were friendly and helpful and we had a great room - the extra touch in gifting us a bottle of wine was much appreciated- had a swim in the pool which was very enjoyable
