- Wifi is so slow and unstable that it constantly drops and is unusable. I had to use my phone as a hotspot (which was quite expensive) because its impossible to make zoom calls or get any work done. I asked if there was anything that could be done at reception, and they suggested I come work downstairs in the restaurant/ reception area. This wasn't a great solution for me as I need to make calls and focus, additionally I specifically rented an aparthotel with a desk so that I could work from location. The network is also open with no password which feels like it could be a security problem. - It's missing the necessities expected for an aparthotel (chopping board, knife, bowls, reusable kitchen towel, any blankets or cushions for the sofa, salt/pepper/coffee filters). The microwave was also dirty, had a bad smell and only worked half the time. - Several of the glasses, and plates were dirty and had visible pieces of food or fruit pulp on them. - The apartment is listed as pet friendly, but when I saw it in person, the stairs in the apartment are far too steep and slippery to be considered pet friendly for dogs. I have had to carry my dog up and down the stairs and the one time her tried to use the stairs he slipped badly and almost fell through them. There is no nice place to walk your dog or discard poop bags. We had to throw the bags in the main bin of a neighbouring hotel. - The laundry machine gave our clothes a moldy smell. Also the machines require exact change but reception doesn't keep change which feels like an oversight. - The location isn't great. Its a 25 minute walk into town and there aren't really any restaurants near by. - The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The sheet didn't fit the mattress and came off every night. The duvet cover also didn't seem to fit the duvet-inner.

The staff were very nice. The room was spacious. Option use a laundry machine (for a fee). Pet friendly (for an extra fee 10/night).

the overall aspect of the hotel is average. The location is difficult to find and the address given doesn't lead to the entrance. The cost is rather expensive for the value.

Liked everything except for the cappuccino

Everything was perfect! The gentlemen at the front desk were friendly and very helpful answering questions we had. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and I will not hesitate to stay here again if I'm back in the area!

I liked everything of this hotel. Large room with kitchen.Quite, clean and comfortable.The person at the lobby was extremely kind and he let an earlier check in in the morning.He even offered some snack while we were waiting for the room.It was a positive staying.

It was billed as a suite but there is very little in the way of kitchenware in the room. For example there were only two table knives, one steak knife three super nice and four forks and that was all of flatware. shameless two of very limited kitchen utensils, cups, plates etc.

The rooms were big and comfortable and well air conditioned. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Staff, not being informed that needed to ask to change the towels, studio without kitchen utensils for 2 person's as booked, a lot of things counted, just 1 toilet paper, soap have also finished in the first night, etc

The breakfast could have more variety. The location of the is near the city border, so there is a 20-25 minutes walk to the city center,

Nice staff, big and clean rooms with small kitchen, fridge, microwave oven and stove. Also the free parking was a big plus. I liked the freshly baked bread and croissants for the breakfast.

Only one, very small shower and toilet. We couldn’t close the door from the toilet. No linen on the sofa. No soap in the shower. Location of the hotel and access to it. In the breakfast room there were few ants climbing on the table. Terasse could be more clean as it looks like it is abandoned.

Big spacious room, comfortable beds, room looks like renovated, not a lot of noise, parking in the garage on the spot. 25 min walikng to the city centre. Modest breakfast.

Small thing….The outside of the shower door could have been cleaned at the bottom.

The rooms were spacious with a balcony to sit out on. We had a double room and a room for 4 - which had a comfortable sofa bed. The underground parking was a bonus for 5€. Overall, very good value.
