I could not connect to the WiFi, the password did not work for me.

It was close to the city center, in a cozy area, just near a park with lots of parking spaces on the street. I've stayed in the 2nd room, upstairs, everything was clean and cozy, I felt like I was in the countryside, in an old house, but with the beauty and comfort of new technology. safe area The train station is about 15 minutes walking distance.

This accommodation is a bit special. We had very large room under the roof, nicely done. Adding table to the room would be appreciated.

The towels are not completely dry. The shower has no curtain so water spills on the floor. The toilet seat is old, turns yellow. It should have been replaced.

They turned the fan on before our arrival to keep the room cool. The room is large.

Nice family run hotel close to main area of Sélestat. I had the evening meal as well as breakfast and both were very good. Room was spacious and clean with a recently renovated bathroom.

Characterful property on the edge of a typical Alsace town. the room was extremely spacious, quiet and the shower good. The owners were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was packed with local produce. excellent value and I hope to stay again.

My feedback here is for the hoteliers' benefit, as they strive to perfect their offering. These comments shouldn't put anyone off booking with them as the overall experience was excellent! But, I thought the single sachet of shower gel in the bathroom was a bit on the mean side and I would have preferred to have a more generous dispenser on the wall (or equivalent). I also think they'd be better off if they accepted card payments - they were very trusting and gracious about allowing me to make a bank transfer after departure but that incurred additional bank charges which was slightly annoying. I will take cash if I get a chance to stay again.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and great at what they do - very hospitable and passionate about making their hotel a success. The dinner was tasty and the local wines were wonderful to taste (and I believe are available to buy locally if you wish). The hotel was conveniently located near to the motorway which is what I wanted on my drive back to England from the Austrian alps.

Nice B&b close Sèlestat Town center. Very typical house with courtyard and small dining area. We had attic area with sloping roof and wood beams. Nice and collaborative owners. Good point to see Alsace's old villages, first of all Sèlestat. Suggested place. Breakfast Is not included but you can have It for €8.5 Good relationship between quality and price.

Honestly, I really liked this place. If you're looking for something fancy, this isn't the place for you. But if you want something affordable, comfortable and cozy, you've found a great spot.

The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. There was ample free street parking right outside, and it was within 5-10 minute walk from the center of town. It was a charming space. I had a room directly off of the courtyard/outdoor gathering space, and I feared it might have been noisy. It wasn't at all; it was very peaceful. Breakfast was very good. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. They made it feel very homey and were very happy to provide recommendations, etc. I would have happily stayed longer. It was a good value.

We were in a lovely studio but the bathroom had a really bad (drain?) smell which we told the host about the next morning. We were only staying one night.

This is a great place to stay in Alsace. Everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs. They even helped us find an ancestors home from an ancient black and white photo. Would definitely stay again.

The double bed was quite small and not so comfortable.

Great location only 5 minutes walk from the old town. Spacious room and a nice bathroom. Public street parking outside the house. No contact early arrival was very much appreciated. We didn't see any note to advise customers that payment for the room is only possible in cash. One of the staff we met in the evening was very friendly and went the extra mile to send messages in my native language. Thank you!

There is a slight whiff of drains from the shower tray which could be covered up with a bathmat.

The location suited us. Selestat is an interesting village and also the area but we were just staying one night. The bed was just about big enough and comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful. For the price the accommodation was good value and comfortable but basic.
