Bed was lumpy. toilet roll holder broken. tired decor. no curtain or blind. fridge made an absolute racket all night! it was loud! neighbours coming in banging doors & showering at 1am-3am…

Clean room (though there were broken items) The sheets & bedding very clean & fresh. There was a pool. Receptionist was nice. big room. parking. cheap.

The dining table was sticky even after cleaning. Bathroom sink too small with area too tight. Hard to get tokens for the dryer. TV too small

Very Quiet. Available and free parking in front of the room. Size of the 1 bedroom apartment was good. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool is fine.

The location of the hotel is not really good (no groceries nearby...), I had to think of taking food before coming to Puyricard. Lack of furniture, I had to use a chair as a night table. I mean if they were more furnitures the price would have been higher. But still.

Nice Bathroom. The double single bed is not the best but still ok. I only use the microwave in the kitchen. So couldn't tell more about it. I was here only for 2 nights so it's ok.

It was not our first time at Garden & City but it was the first time it didn't meet our expectations. The staff onsite was doing their best during this extremely busy weekend, but we could feel the managers/directors had abandoned them and were nowhere to help. A few times we saw the receptionist try to ring their director to no avail. They were clearly understaffed, which is unacceptable in such busy times. That's really sad because it makes the experience not pleasant, while we know it can be a great facility.

everything was well-managed although it felt a bit like a student residence.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good . The room included a kitchen , which provided us with everything we needed to make our own food . The pool looked good but we didn't use it .

The property is very badly managed. Our room had broken blinds, we had to move to another one, and in the second room the toilet was very slow to fill up with water (~10mins after each flush). We asked a few months in advance if we can have adjacent rooms, on the ground floor as we have a baby, and were promised that it should be fine. But when we checked it not only we got rooms that were located far away, but also on the top most floor (there's no lift), so it's very difficult with our baby. The staff is friendly, but they seem not to have any kind of power to make any decisions. The WiFi also broke down on a public holiday, and we were just told that their contractor doesn't work on weekends and public holidays, so no internet. I'd expect something much better at this price range.

Excellent customer service by Céline and Florent, both of whom replied instantly to my messages and requests. Smell of drains in the room but apparently this will be dealt with next week. I chose this place partly because of check-out at midday, but apparently this was an error by booking.com (now fixed). Check-out is actually at 10.30, but Florent allowed midday because of the error. Nice quiet countryside location. Excellent value for money, full apartment for under 50 euros.

When you arrive late evening the outdoor space is not very well lighted . It’s quite dark to find your way to the room . In the hallway into the room there were a strong smell of cigarettes. Sofa bed not comfy . The layout and furniture very poor and cheap .

The hotel's location is very nice and the area around, and I wish the owner of the hotel would spend more money and time to make it better place. It looks like a nice hotel outside, but it's a cheap motel inside. Our bathroom was smelly and everything was not arranged nicely in the room. There is no heart nor soul in this place besides a very nice receptions.

Very small room with an uncomfortable pullout couch. Aircon did not work and the breakfast was not great either. Coffee was impossible to drinks.

Value for money isn’t bad but in hindsight would have rather paid more and get a good night sleep.

Waiting 2 hours in a cold room to check in, no tea making facilities, nowhere to get a bite to eat. Far away from all amenities. Went to bed hungry and slept on a pull out couch.

the rooms were empty, no place to put your clothes, in the bedrooms no chairs , nothing but a bed. barely any utensils in the kitchen. stove was not functioning (we bought food because kitchen was included). Cleaning inadequate, spiderwebs etc there was a connection door apparently to a kitchen for breakfast, noise and smell from 7 AM onwards.

It's a pity that we stayed here for 5 nights and nobody ever came to clean the room, exchange towels or bedsheets.

for 2 adults I would have liked to have 2 separate beds, not a sofa to be opened by ourselves. Also to have 2 blankets, not 1 large one. (however the friendly staff gave us one more) For the kitchen: needed to have some brush and Fairy to clean the dishes

Very friendly staff helping us in whatever request we had. Quite good spoken English. The location was in beautiful countryside and the city of Puyricard was very nice.
