The location of the apartment is perfect as it’s in a nice area with plenty of shops, restaurants etc etc! The area is quiet at night. The metro is very close by which takes you too all the tourist attractions so this was perfect for sight seeing! Very easy too use once you get the hang of it! The apartment had everything we needed for a 1 week stay! Very clean and well equipped! Quiet, and peaceful…. Not noisy at all! No traffic noice! And rooms were enough for what we needed Would definitely use these apartments again. Staff really friendly and very helpful

The street is a bit loud and the windows are thin, so you hear a lot of noise even in the night hours.

It was a appartment in a 4stock building, lift was there, the street and surroundings are nice. In the appartment there were fully equiped kitchen even with a dishwasher and washing machine.

Limited trash bags, washing machine capsules and toilet paper (2 piece for 5 days for 5 ppl), but at the end it was not a big deal

It was very quiet, enough space and everything was clearly explained by the lady at the reception. Easy access to the bus and very close the metro station. Not so far from the visiting places and the supermarket was on the left.

They should provide napkins/tissues/towels every week for people who stay longer than a week. we went there for 4 days but ended up staying for 10 days.

The apartment is somewhat neglected in terms of maintenance. The furniture appears to be somewhat older. The main complaint is related to the bathroom and the presence of dampness and mold. The overall rating of the property would be higher if there were no mold and fungi in the bathroom.

Great location for exploring Paris. Close proximity to a public garage for secure parking. Also, a wide selection of Uber transportation options to the city. In the immediate vicinity of the property, there's a large store, a cafe bar, an excellent bakery, and a good restaurant. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything needed for an extended stay. The peaceful neighborhood without noise provides a good rest.

The apartment is smaller than expected, when the sofas are extended you almost block the exit from the apartment and the way to the bathroom. The air conditioning needs cleaning, very bad smell comes out.

Nice apartment and well equipped. Very big and beautiful balcony. The location is very good, you can find everything you need around the Apartment. The metro station is a few minutes walk away.

More clothing hangers could do. So too, replenishment if things like toilet paper. No clothes to dry wash dishes provided. Struggled to find a good restaurant nearby. Maybe we should have asked the staff.

Good spacious clean flat. Enjoyed our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wifi good. Mostly Italian restaurants nearby. Seen a previous review that there is no microwave: note that there is a microwave and oven in one.

As the apartment building is quite old the electrical wiring was weak throughout the building. When we plugged in our travel adapter the fuse went off immediately. Also the maintenance of the bathrooms wasn't good. The sink was blocked so we had to ask them to have it unblocked in the middle of the night when we arrived.

The only down side was that we only had one key between 6 of us and we expected a terrace, when we asked we were told that the terrace ( as in the pix) was in another smaller apartment.

Nice apartment that slept 6, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in lounge/ dining area. Our flight was delayed but the host was really helpful and waited for us to arrive to hand over the keys

There were only 4 chairs for 5 guests. This was a sleeps 6 so we had expected sufficient dining chairs. A microwave would have been helpful but not essential - there was a good hob and oven. Perhaps a few international TV channels might have been handy?

Clean and well equipped, the appartment was surprisingly spacious and well airconditioned. Within easy reach of public transport, we were no more than 10-15 mins from the key tourist sites. Clichy is a busy suburb: you will find a great variety of everday shops and a surprising range of reasonably priced resaurants and cafes.

It could be cleaner and the staff more polite, not enough chairs and cups it was only for four but we have booked for five persons and the apartment in the description says that six can be accomodated.

Nice safe location with shops and restaurants, metro station close, beds were good, I would recommend if for families, close to CDG airport
