Really amazing location 3 minute walk to the center of town. Beautiful room with a balcony with an amazing view. Very quiet. We stayed in September so not a lot guests in the hotel. Had the pool to ourselves. Parking was excellent. Supermarket next door. We were very happy with your stay.

Checking out at 10 o'clock

Rooms, pool and location are good. Strange thing is that the checking in is at 5pm and checking out is at 10 o'clock in the morning.

one loo roll and 2 euros for another also could provide some washing up liquid and maybe pods for coffee or milk especially if very late arrival like ours

Bedroom 2 v small,rooms not aircon & v hot. bed could have been more comfy. Simple thing of mirror in bedroom would help.

Super apartment v well located for ski and supermarket bars and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Spa is lovely.

Not much at all. Somewhat thin walls and you could hear footsteps through the ceiling. But it wasn't a big deal.

Super nice apartments 5 minute walk to the lifts. The views from the balcony were simply stunning and we were impressed with the service and friendliness of Eva. We had a really great stay and would highly recommend the apartments. One thing to note is that there are no boot driers but the lockable lockers one per apartment was such a great idea and we felt our gear was super secure. Having a supermarket just next door and a bakery in front was super useful too. Really nice place overall.

Checking in was a bit late, 5pm. Price for new year week was a bit too much.

The location was perfect and the staff was very helpful. Kitchen facilities were well equipped.

There is no reception after 7 which was a bit annoying as we needed it twice. We had a small emergency and the emergency phone did come back to us - albeit after half an hour or so...

View is amazing! the pool experience is very nice as the big windows are facing the beautiful mountains...

The sauna was closed ("out of service") . The receptionist told me that "multiple pieces in the sauna were broken and they had no date when the handy man will come". If you want to keep the sauna closed due to off season do it, but don't advertise that the sauna is running the whole year, when it is not true.

Croissants delivered to our door each morning. Beautiful wooden building. Private swimming pool to relax and entertain the children.

Bring tea and coffee because there is nothing there. The building is adjacent to a graveyard

Warm pool with stunning mountain view, which was a highlight for kids and adults alike. Spacious flat for a family with two young children. Comfortable beds. Had a game of pool in the lounge, there are also plenty of games and a few children’s books with pictures. Really enjoyed takeaway from downstairs (however, I wish it was opened more frequently) as well as the grocery shop. Short walk from gondolas and ski shops, where we stored our hired equipment.
