Appearance - looks like a sleazy US motel! Access to rooms via external stairs and walkways. Room was fine if a little small. Faulty lights seemed a bit dangerous and lots of TV channels didn't work. Bathroom was tiny, especially the shower. Worst thing was a loud clunking noise that went on through the night and kept me awake. No idea what it was but assume it was something to do with the plumbing

The price was good and it was close to the Lille stadium so worked for me. Breakfast was fine if lacking in choice. Room seemed clean. Staff all helpful and friendly.

Had a disabled room with no toilet door which was a bit awkward, but that's not the end of the world!

Great location , looks terrible when you arrive but clean friendly comfortable and a great price. Great shower with tons of hot water. Also very quiet.

The hotel is perfect for everyone who is looking for an affordable, clean and well connected hotel. The staff was very nice, the breakfast is basic but affordable. The beds are great and the heating can be self-managed.

the top bunk was too hot, there was no air conditioning, but it was one of the hottest days of the year, so most of the time this would not be an issue

easy to find. low maintenance stay. good price. the man on the desk was friendly. the carpark was secure. there was an option for breakfast but we dodnt have it

Very bad breakfast. No dishes, no butter, no cheese,no cold milk to the müsli. The person told us to use hot milk !!

Mold everywhere, very dirty everywhere. Floor, toilet, furniture and linen. No daylight or air conditioning. There was smoking in or near the room. The room was not ventilated

Location and price. Nearby is Aldi grocery store, which is open from 08:30, KFC, Buffalo Grill. Picnic tables outside the hotel, microwave available

Booked a Double & Single bed, Didn't expect the single to be above the the Double for someone with a bad leg to climb up a ladder Room very very small Bathroom 2x2. Price hiked up for the Rugby would have just been ok at normal rate Looks like a Prison from the outside

Room was disgusting - stains on mattress, room STANK of cigarettes, it was tiny. The "bathroom" was dirty and tiny. We didn't stay. I've never seen anything like it. Booking.com should not have this "hotel" on their website. When we talked to the front desk he said 'all rooms are the same'...We couldn't stay. I'm very upset how much it ruined our weekend. We were there for the rugby and had to panic and scrabble around getting somewhere else. If I could give this place a 0 I would.

Before arriving I asked for a disability room, which I was informed they were all booked up, so asked for ground floor room Instead as my dad who I was travelling with struggles with steps. This was declined and we were given a room on the top floor (no lift at the hotel). Once up stairs we opened to door to what could only be described as the smell of stale cigarette smoke, that someone had lived there and smoked 50 a day in the room. The smell was horrific. With the Door and window left open, it helped but the smell was still there. The room is very basic, and the bathroom you can just about turn around in. The fan in the bathroom didn't work leaving it very stuffy, and thats before you turned the water on. There was no bath mat provided, resulting in the bathroom floor becoming very slippery ( not great for my dad who is already unsteady on his feet). The matteress on the double bed had multiple stains (from what I wouldn't want to guess). The light above the bunk bed didn't work. Upon waking up in our cigerette smelly room, went down to breakfast, which was extremely basic! There was only bread products available, 4 waiting for a 2slice toaster, which even after 4 minutes came out not toasted. There was no plates for any of the products meaning, if you wanted toast, you had to butter it on the tray or in a cereal bowl. Only reason we stayed here for the whole two nights booked was everywhere was booked up and staying for the rugby world cup, otherwise would have booked and gone else where.

There was no Air Conditioning in rooms and cleaning facilities were very limited and a stay for one night is not efficient within this price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

one of our room was very smelly. Intensive cigarette smell causing headaches. In general, rooms in need of renovation.

was easy to book. breakfast was ok but you probably got better for the money you pay. However, it was a Sunday and we did not have time to go to shop.

Not clean, difficult to get in, no services or reception at all. I could understand if they charged €50 for a night, not 90. Room is tiny, smelled really bad.
