Bath mat could be useful after shower :) I tried 2 different apartments, in the first one the water from the shower wet the entire floor. Also in that apartment TV was not working.

Great location, nearby Rynek and few km away from the Central Railway Station. Apartments inside Ovo - a modern architecture building. Comfortable bed, clean spaces, basic kitchenware to warm up or prepare simple meals. Great value for money! Self check-in, they send you an email with apt number and keycode for the door. There's an office on 3rd floor, so we could storage our luggage after check-out (open till 8pm). I tried 2 different apartaments, loved the interior design :)

I didn't like that there were no pots, pans or tea to be made in the appartment. #gogetityourself

I liked the bed and the modern feel of the appartment, even thou it was way smaller and different than in the picture.

The bathroom basin "trap" was partially blocked and a strong smell of eggs or something similar filled the room when the tap was running.

The sofa bed.It was not comfortable.It wasn't for two people .The apartment was nice but small .Duvet cover was old .I didn't enjoy it .Three people had sleep in double bed .it's definitely not for 4 people.

No wifi password in the apartment and the host never answered me when I requested a password. It is necessary to talk to a security guard every time you enter the building in order to use the elevator.

Very modern apartment located next to the city center. Has a full-featured kitchen and a sofa. Nice bed and a big bathroom. Balcony in the inner yard. A lot of restaurants and facilities are in direct reach.

personnel was overloaded, access to elevator requires a key and hotel does not provide them to visitors, and some concierges don’t want to open the elevator for visitors telling its hotel receptionist’s job….

One flat had broken shower and missing mirror on the wall so we had to change to another flat where WiFi wasn't great, but the room was ok Missing utensils in the kitchen Very thin walls, you can hear neighbours which was disruptive because some of them didn't care and kept watching telly full on until 4am Neighbours smoking on the balcony

The property is a total fraud. The booking was done in USD, yet they charge me in EUR the same amount which is fraud. Further they did not have me on a breakfast list in the nearby coffee shop for the first two days, as they don't have their own facility, and they refused to return the money that they have charged me for the breakfast. The facility, if one can call this fraudulent location that, does not have a proper reception, but a room in some shared hallway that is at the same time their laundry facility. There you will be meet by two very rude and not interested to help ladies who do not want to help on any of the problems that they have created, but they re-direct you to email or phone number of some manager who never answers phone or email. When asked to talk to the so called manager, they say that he/she never comes here so its hard to find the person. The facility will provide two big towels and that is it for the duration of the stay. No small towels, no floor towels, no changing of the towels, no soap, shower gel, sanitary set or anything like that. In the kitchen there was no complimentary or paid water or anything else for a bite so if you arrive late don't count that you can even have water to take your medicine. The facility is shared between few vendors so you hear doors slamming at 0200 in the morning, people shouting, etc. No one to call or complain on this as well. Upon arrival you will be meet by the building security who does not speak English and has very difficult time explaining the location of the room in the maze of hallways. The cleanliness is worst than anything that I have ever seen with bad bugs, and other bugs all over. This is a health hazard location and I doubt the clean it between guests. Lastly this was never intended to be a hotel but probably converted to some sort of rental place and nothing, absolutely nothing is according to even a 2 star hotel or anything similar.

Nothing really to like for this fraudulent property.

Location was really good and everything was near our apartment, like sightseeing, restaurants and shopping mall. Also apartment was so clean and people in the reception was friendly 🫶🏼

Sparkling clean and well equipped apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. No contact check in and check out. Very good location. Amazing view on a historical building and well kept yard. I will definitely try to book it when I come to Wroclaw next time.

The check-in time being 3pm and check-out time being 10am makes it a little hard for travelers spending one night. It’s better if you can either make the check-in time a couple of hours early or the check-out time a couple of hours late.
