A warm welcome from a lovely hostess. She saved a starving cyclist on a public holiday when everywhere was closed She also gave me an early breakfast to send me off the next day. Truly a gem.

The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The roaring log burner was lovely. We had delicious food in the evening and for breakfast. The owner couldn’t have put herself out more to make sure we had everything we needed.

WiFi poor upstairs especially when many guests arrived. No idea how to operate overhead shower - seemed no way to switch from handheld shower to overhead. Toothbrush mug was dirty and needed a good wash.

Some simple instructions would be good for we foreigners to operate the shower and the TV.

Position is great to explore the countryside. The host was terrific. We thoroughly recommend the four-course dinner offered to guests. A lovely time over dinner talking to other guests.

We stayed in two rooms, one very nice and with an excellent bathroom. Unfortunately the second room was replaced with respect to the one chosen on booking and we were assigned a non-beautiful room with a private bathroom but outside the room. the owner offered us an aperitif and a bottle of wine for the inconvenience.

Beautiful house, pool and hot tub. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Beds comfortable, great rain shower. TV. Lovely breakfast. Drinks available to buy from their bar. Nice little village with key shops. Parking free on the street.

Nieve could not have been a better host she would bend over backwards to help she was well known in the town and everybody had only good things to say about her.The breakfast was an amazing affair and kept me going until evening (and I’am a big eater) as we have relatives just outside town I will be recommending her to our family

Leaving!!

This is a beautiful house with a great hostess. Neave made us feel exceptionally welcome from the start and we couldn't have asked for any more. From the very off she asked us to treat it like our home and we definitely felt like it was. The outside space is stunning and the breakfast to die for, especially the sausage and bacon. We stayed in the apartment at the top of the house. It is exceptionally well equipped and we wanted for nothing. However, should we have needed anything then Neave would have been more than happy to help out. We absolutely loved our stay here and would head back at the drop of a hat. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Spacious apartment, well appointed including a washing machine machine. Great storage for our bicycles. Yummy breakfast. We received a super welcome after a very hot day cycling. Highly recommended.
