The elevator needs to be updated, buttons on the first floor are sticking/hard to press. The system is an old outdated one and for all the rennovation work that has been done to not have a modern elevator going into 2024 does not make sense.

My room was next to the vending machines and ice maker, and I found out later, also the water pump. It made a God awful noise in the middle of the night, like a snowplow scraping the ground for 15 minutes. I literally drove all day for 2 days straight. I just wanted to sleep, but it was very difficult with that noise.

The establishment was under construction, which was made clear before booking. It was very clean for being under construction. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. I'm glad there were eggs and bacon. I can't have all of the bread options, so I was able to fill up on those.

Tub/shower floor was quite slippery.

VERY clean and fresh rooms. Tasty HOT breakfast, and there were FREE apples all around in bowls, day & night. 24 hour coffee in the lobby, staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even had a lint roller for my dress shirt! Good restaurant that you can go to thru the lobby. When the renovations are complete, this will be a real hidden GEM!

Unfortunately with this being an older property it has a distinct smell particularly in the hallways. Once when leaving our room their was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke.

It was fine for a night and the location was excellent! We were satisfied with our stay!

The bed was comfortable. The toilet whistled after every flush! Breakfast was OK but coffee was empty and nobody was monitoring the area.

Hallway carpet needed cleaned. There was a truck with a flat tire and without plates left at the rear entrance.

Quiet location, room was clean, pizza restaurant was connected and made it easy for our overnight stay. We had our 2 small dogs, nice having a first floor room near entrance

I found it difficult to see when I made coffee. No light over that area. I had to pull out the coffee tray out over the edge of the shelf, I thought that this could cause a possible safety issue?

I was in the Greencastle area because of a family funeral. I asked the counter young lady[begins with a C I think] if I could possibly have at least 6 extra folding chairs for my guests that are out of town. She said ok and as I was going to my room shortly after she was there with the extra chairs. This took a load of worry off my mind on where am I going to seat these guests In the Lobby she asked if everything is OK

The staff was so friendly, and helpful! The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows amazingly comfortable! Having a food outlet right next to the hotel was so convenient especially coming in later in evenin.

hotel is under construction . since I booked on the app I was not aware . dry wall all over elevators , we woke up to hammering , pounding , etc in the morning . if I was notified the hotel was under construction I would not have booked my stay there . I would have loved to been compensated for some of my stay but was told by hotel staff they could not since I booked Thur the app
