AustraliaStaff service wasn’t great or informative. Difficult to get information about parking, checking in, price for breakfast, how room service worked etc - it was all too hard.
We stayed to walk to football game. Unfortunately after waiting an hour, our room was not ready. The facilities in the lobby however kept the kids entertained. Not much open for dinner on a Sunday, including the hotel restaurant but we eventually found a great pizza place. Breakfast was amazing - not lacking and service in this area redeemed average service elsewhere.

AustraliaThe overcharge on my visa account by 300euros, I was told that it was a holding deposit and will not show up on the bank account, which is still there. Customer service some were helpful and some were not very helpful. We thought we would use the washing machines and dryers to wash our clothes and we started at 2pm and we were finished by 9pm and that was without exaggerating. One of the washing machines had a malfunctioning fault in it half way through the cycle, then we changed to the other machine with the assistance of the maintenance. The issues arise with the dryers when the cycle finishes the clothes were still wet, and again still wet. I spoke to the customer service staff and eventually a young apprentice came to check, and I showed him the wet clothes, and that they have been twice already in the dryers. I the asked him that the filters need cleaning so the hot air can circulate for the clothes to dry out, I showed him the build up of lint on the filters. So he pulled out the filters on both dryers and cleaned them as they were filthy with a thick coat of wet and dark lint, it seems that they haven't been touched for a long long time. Once the filters were cleaned and the clothes went through the dryer and this time they were drying and the dryers were really operating again. The shared washing machine and dryer, requires Regular servicing and maintenance as the filters on both dryers were filthy and full of lint.
The apartment was spacious, it was tidy and clean with a view from the 4th floor.

excellent location. staff at reception is very helpful. they helped checked in early (my room was already ready when we arrive at 1pm although check in time time was 3pm). they stored our luggage on the day of our check out (as our flight was at 10pm) and they even helped print our boarding pass! 10/10 for service at reception

I came with my son 11 years old for one night stay for a Paris saint Germaine foootball game. It’s apartment hotel, the location for the stadium is close. The Room was clean and comfortable.

Netherlands- although room was spotless the balcony wasn’t. table dirty and previous guests were smokers so cigarette butts over balcony floor- this was a pity as it was a great spot for morning coffee with sun - we did report the dirty balcony to reception the next day a little late in the afternoon but were assured it would be clean the next day. it wasn’t attended to which was a pity. - late checkout 12 pm ( great) however housekeeping knocked on our door at 8.45 wanting to clean room. she apologized but clearly saw we were just out of bed and she knocked again 30 mins later! she knocked 3 times at our kids room next door. teenagers didn’t appreciate that😜. 2nd time we asked her not to knock again but saw her go to the next room and knock there!!! a bit odd and defeats the point of a later checkout. we reported this to reception at Check out but not sure if they will act on this. - although the room had a kitchenette there was no amenity pack which you usually get( or put this in the info so guests can bring their own). we didn’t have a cloth so we could then have cleaned our own balcony table. overall we would go back to this hotel as issues were minor in comparison to the great size of the room , cleanliness and location and friendliness of reception staff.
We stayed in the Mecure Apart hotel beside the Mercure Hotel + great location + spacious room by Paris standards😜 + cleanliness of room very good + great checkin friendly staff gave all the right info. + easy access to Metro and super close to PSG stadium ( which is why we were there) + had 2 rooms for a family - they made sure we were next to each other which was great! + parking available (paid) but great for Paris as not all hotels offer this facility + quiet location - no noise at all. + good value for money + check out time 12pm which was great! we will come back here as it was a great stay overall.
